核心技术和颠覆性技术都是我国急需突破的关键技术,但现有研究主要关注颠覆性技术的形成,对核心技术形成的研究较为欠缺,也未区分二者的区别,不利于技术创新战略的超前部署。为此,本研究利用社会网络分析方法,结合资源基础理论、能力理论和治理理论,从发明人和企业层面构建双重合作网络,揭示并比较核心技术和颠覆性技术的形成机制。首先,利用专利数据等相关信息对核心技术和颠覆性技术进行界定和识别;其次,在考虑合作的收益与风险情况下,分析发明人合作网络特征对核心技术与颠覆性技术形成的差异化影响机制;然后,基于专利权人网络,从收益和风险视角揭示企业层面合作网络特征对核心技术与颠覆性技术形成的差异化影响机制;最后,分析双重网络的交互作用,以及相关权变因素的调节作用。构建计量模型进行实证检验。本研究从双重网络视角探索核心技术与颠覆性技术的形成机制,有望为企业制定和实施技术创新战略、实现两类技术的突破提供科学依据。
英文摘要
Both core technology and disruptive technology are key technologies that are in urgent need of breakthrough in China. However, the existing researches mainly focus on the formation mechanism of disruptive technology, and the research on the formation mechanism of core technology is relatively insufficient, and the difference between the two has not been distinguished, which is not conducive to the advance deployment of national technology innovation strategy. Therefore, based on the social network analysis method, resource-based theory, competence and governance perspective, this study constructs a dual collaboration network from the inventor level and the enterprise level, to reveal and compare the formation mechanism of core technology and disruptive technology. Firstly, the core technology and disruptive technology are defined and identified by patent data. Secondly, considering the benefits and risks of collaboration, this paper analyzes the differential impact mechanism of the inventor collaboration network on the formation of core technologies and disruptive, technologies. Thirdly, based on the assignee network, this paper reveals the differential influence mechanism of the characteristics of cooperation collaboration network at the enterprise level on the formation of core technology and disruptive technology from the perspective of benefits and risks. Finally, the interaction of dual network and the moderating effects of related contingency factors are analyzed. Econometric model is constructed for empirical test. This study explores the formation mechanism of core technologies and disruptive technologies from the perspective of dual networks, and is expected to provide scientific policy suggestions for enterprises to formulate and implement technology innovation strategies and achieve breakthroughs in two important technologies.
