针对目前钻井液封堵剂环保性与抗温性不能兼顾、刚性封堵材料作用效果受制于地层孔喉信息、柔性封堵材料受地层温度影响大且恶化钻井液性能的技术难题,本项目拟设计、合成出具有温度“开关”效应的环保型钻井液封堵剂,并探究其封堵作用机理和微观降解机理。基于具有温度“开关”效应的分子结构设计,优化骨架单元、温度响应单元,引入亲/疏水单元和离子化单元,实现对不同“开关”温度的调控。通过研究不同化学环境下封堵剂微观结构对温度变化的响应规律,揭示封堵剂温度“开关”效应机制。借助统计分析模型,多因素多尺度评价封堵性能与环保性能,系统性阐明钻井液黏土悬浮体-封堵剂-地层之间协同作用机理,揭示封堵剂生物降解性影响因素与降解产物的依时性变化规律。研究结果可替代非环保沥青类封堵剂,有助于拓展和完善环保封堵剂评价方法与判别标准,为建立环保智能封堵型钻井液体系及宽温度范围内的封堵调控技术提供理论支撑与实验基础。

At present, the environmental protection and temperature resistance of drilling fluid plugging agents are conflicting, meanwhile, among the plugging agents, the plugging effect of rigid material is limited by pore throat size and the flexible plugging material is greatly affected by formation temperature and can deteriorate the performance of drilling fluids. In view of these technical challenges, this project will design and synthesize a series of environmentally friendly drilling fluid plugging agents with temperature switch effect, and explore the plugging mechanism and micro-degradation mechanism. Based on the molecular structure design with temperature switch effect, the skeleton unit and temperature response unit will be optimized, and the hydrophilic/hydrophobic unit and the ionization unit will be introduced to realize the regulation of different switch temperatures. Through studying the response variation of the microstructure and morphology of plugging agents with temperature in different chemical environments, the mechanism and influencing factors of temperature switch effect will be specified. Moreover, the plugging performance and environmental protection performance will be evaluated at multi-factors and multi-scales by the means of statistical analysis model, the synergistic mechanism among the clay suspension of drilling fluid, plugging agents and the formation will be systematically clarified, and the factors affecting the biodegradability of the plugging agent and the time-dependent changes of the degradation products will be revealed. The research results can replace non-environmental asphalt plugging agents, help to expand and improve the evaluation methods and criteria for environmentally friendly plugging agents, providing theoretical support and experimental basis for the establishment of environmentally friendly intelligent plugging drilling fluid system and drilling fluid plugging control technology in a wide temperature range.
