在分析化学领域,样品预处理有关的新方法探索已成为当今分析化学领域中重要课题及发展方向之一。特征化合物的同位素组成分析技术(CSIA)作为一项重要的研究手段被广泛应用于地质学、环境科学、生态学等研究领域。在油气地球化学研究中,微量或挥发性烃类化合物因蕴含着丰富地球化学信息而日益受到油气地球化学家的重视,但由于样品预处理技术的原因,其同位素组成分析及应用一直没有取得实质性进展。本项目提出了一种集样品萃取、富集、解吸及进样于一体新型样品前处理技术——进样器固相萃取技术(SSPE)。将该技术应用于油气地质样品(天然气、烃源岩、原油、油田水等)样品前处理过程,在不同的实验条件下(吸附剂类型、平衡时间、平衡温度、解析温度等)进行对比优化研究,实现不同类型样品中挥发性化合物有效富集及同位素组成分析。预实验表明SSPE技术具有吸附剂选择灵活、富集效率高、操作简单、分析成本低等优点,具有良好的推广价值。

The sample preparation of new methods has become one of the concerned areas in analytical chemistry. As a new important tool, the compound specific isotope analysis (CSIA) has been widely used in geochemistry, environmental science, ecology and other areas. In the oil & gas field, the trace and volatile hydrocarbon compounds are increasingly valued for it contains abundant geochemical information, yet due to the limitations of sample preparation, its isotope composition analysis and application have not achieved substantially. In this project, a new sample preparation technique, syringe solid phase extraction, was first proposed. This new technique can be characterized as the integration of sample extraction, enrichment, and sample injection into one step, it also can be applied to different type not only for gas samples but also for liquid samples and solid samples. More worthwhile, it can achieve the efficient enrichment of trace light hydrocarbon compounds in different types of samples. In this project, different experimental conditions, such as the adsorbent type, equilibrium time, equilibrium temperature, analytical temperature, will be systematically optimized. Compared with traditional sample technique, the SSPE has the advantages of flexible selection of solid phase adsorbent, high enrichment efficiency, simple operation and low analysis cost, so it has good application and promotion value.
