针灸治疗胃溃疡具有缓解疼痛、促进溃疡愈合等作用,其疗效与选穴、手法密切相关。以往的研究多集中于针刺方法及手法,但对于选穴及配伍机制的研究却相对较少,选穴是针灸发挥疗效的关键因素之一。课题组前期根据“973计划”项目的理论成果“同功穴”(指针对某一病症具有相同主治作用的腧穴)开展了相关研究,发现胃溃疡模型大鼠“同功穴”与非“同功穴”穴区皮肤组织中的化学成分存在显著差异;而电针单穴与配伍腧穴干预胃溃疡模型大鼠,胃组织经蛋白修饰后,二者具有显著效应差异。基于此,课题组拟通过建立胃溃疡模型大鼠,分别针刺位于不同部位的胃脘痛“同功穴”及邻近部位的非“同功穴”,应用较为前沿的4D label-free定量蛋白质组学检测技术对胃组织进行生物信息学分析,从而筛选出不同部位的“同功穴”对胃组织的相同调控路径,以及比较针刺“同功穴”与非“同功穴”的效应差异机制,为针灸选穴及配伍提供新的思路和依据。

Acupuncture can relieve pain and promote ulcer healing. The effect is closely related to acupoint selection and manipulation. Previous studies focused on acupuncture methods and manipulation, but the research on acupoint selection or acupoint compatibility mechanism is relatively less. Acupoint selection is part of the key factors for acupuncture to play its efficacy. In the early stage, the research group carried out relevant research work based on the theoretical achievement of "Tong gong acupoint" of "National Program on Key Basic Research Project (973 Program) ", and found that there were significant differences in the chemical composition of skin tissue between "Tong gong acupoint" and non-Tong gong point in gastric ulcer model rats. In addition, there was a significant difference in the effect of a single acupuncture point and combined acupoints on gastric ulcer model rats. Based on this, the research group plans to establish gastric ulcer model rats, respectively acupuncture the "Tong gong acupoint" of epigastralgia located in different parts and the non-Tong gong point of adjacent parts, and apply the more advanced 4D label - free quantitative proteomics bioinformatics analysis of gastric tissue. In this way, the same regulation pathway of "Tong gong acupoint" in different parts on gastric tissue was screened out, compared the effect difference mechanism of acupuncture "Tong gong acupoint" and non-Tong gong acupoint, to provide new ideas and basis for acupuncture point selection and compatibility.
