冶金粉尘资源化的基础研究

废弃资源的再生利用与环境保护是冶金行业的重要课题之一。采用回转窑高温还原方法分离含锌铁粉尘，分别回收铁资源与锌资源；采用高压氧化焙烧或微生物氧化技术把冶金废锰尘中低锰氧化物转变为对高炉喷煤具有显著助燃效果的高锰氧化物；不但可以使冶金粉尘资源化还可以解决污染环境的问题。本课题也将进行探讨回收解决污染环境的问题。本课题也将进行探讨回收利用废干电池的实验研究。

1）.Have explored recovery method of Mn-containing metallurgical waste dust and conducted fundamental study relating to its recycling and environment protection, and oxidation dynamics of Mn-containing dust has been investigated systematically to reach its rational industrial way after oxidation processing and modification of Mn-containing dust;.2）.The main composition of stripped dry battery is MnO2 and graphite. After pulverizing it can work directly as combustion-supporting agent for coal injection in blast furnace (BF). Therefore the project also examined recycling process of dry battery working as combustion-supporting agent and its combustion-supporting effect. And the pulverized coal injection(PCI) process was discussed;.3）.Have developed process of city garbage processing with small blast furnace and investigated BF non-waste production and process of BF tackling garbage.The scientific significance lies in: re-understanding resource recycling, combining Mn-containing dust recycling and BF coal injection; method innovation of waste dry battery's recycling; from the perspective of sustainable development, developing process of BF non-waste production and BF tackling garbage.
