英文摘要
Organ regeneration in other species is an important branch of regenerative medicine, and its medical value is infinite. Scientific problems, such as the evolution of species, and the evolution of gene regulation between species, are undoubtedly obstacles in the way of regenerative medicine. So, it is urgent to understand the nature of the gene expression regulation differences between species, especially in mammals. RM-AdESCs contain complete sets of rat and mouse chromosomes, which is undoubtedly a powerful tool for studying the regulation evolution between heterogeneous genomes. Accordingly, we propose the following scientific questions: the independence and correlation between heterogeneous genomes in RM-AdESCs. Around this scientific problem, this study will determine the three-dimensional genome structure map, the independence and correlation between heterogeneous genomes in RM-AdESCs; research the differences between species on gene expression regulation in RM-AdESCs, and identify the RNA alternative splicing regulation in RM-AdESCs, in order to understand the evolution of gene regulation among species.
