新疆是我国盐渍化土壤的集中分布区之一,且南北疆不同区域盐渍化程度差异大。平欧杂种榛在新疆近20年的发展过程中,盐胁迫始终是限制其高产优质的重要非生物胁迫因素之一。植物应答盐胁迫的生理机制是近年来抗逆研究领域的重点。针对平欧杂种榛,前期的研究证实盐胁迫下幼苗组织往往能维持较高水平的K+/Na+比来适应盐环境,然而,其离子动态转运过程以及如何通过离子的分配与运输来稳定体内的K+/Na+比均属未知。本项目以平欧杂种榛‘达维’幼苗为研究对象,结合盆栽控盐(NaCl)和水培试验,利用非损伤微测技术(NMT)和扫描离子选择微电极技术(SIET)系统研究盐胁迫下幼苗组织的离子吸收、运输与分配特征,阐明根组织和根细胞离子流(Na+、H+、K+)动态转运过程,并从静态与动态两方面相互验证,深入揭示平欧杂种榛耐盐的K+/Na+平衡调控机制,为榛子在新疆盐渍化土地资源的合理利用以及实现高产优质提供科学依据。

Xinjiang is one of the concentrated distribution areas of saline soils in China, and the degree of salinization varies greatly in different regions of northern and southern Xinjiang. During the development of Corylus heterophylla × Corylus avellana in Xinjiang in recent 20 years, salt stress has always been one of the important abiotic stress factors restricting its high yield and high quality. The physiological mechanism of plant response to salt stress has been the focus of stress resistance research in recent years. For C. heterophylla × C. avellana, previous studies have confirmed that seedling tissues under salt stress tend to maintain K+/Na+ ratios at a higher level to adapt to salt environment. However, the process of ion dynamic transport and how to stabilize the K+/Na+ ratio in vivo through ion distribution and transport are still unknown. In this project, the seedlings of C. heterophylla × C. avellana ‘Dawei’ were selected as the test materials, combination of potted salt control (NaCl) and hydroponic experiments, the characteristics of ion uptake, transport and distribution in seedling tissues under salt stress were systematically studied, and the dynamic transport process of ion currents (Na+, H+, K+) in root tissues and cells were elucidated by non-invasive micro-test technique (NMT) and scanning ion-selective microelectrode (SIET). The balance regulation mechanism of K+/Na+ tolerance of C. heterophylla × C. avellana was deeply revealed through static and dynamic verification, which provided scientific basis for the rational utilization of the salinized land resources of Hazelnut in Xinjiang and the realization of high yield and high quality.
