儒家文化、隐性规范与企业创新：基于认知烙印与伦理约束双重视角的研究

已有创新文献大多基于契约视角考察影响企业创新的宏观制度约束或微观动力机制，却忽视了社会文化等隐性价值规范对创新主体决策偏好和行动选择产生的作用。本项目以非正式制度理论为基础，试图从认知烙印和伦理约束双重视角考察儒家文化对企业创新的影响效应及机理。综合运用典籍解析、理论分析和实证方法重点回答四个科学问题：1）儒家文化是否影响了企业创新？具有促进作用还是桎梏效应？2）儒家文化影响企业创新的内在机理和传导路径是什么？3）作为一种非正式制度因素，儒家文化的创新效应是否受到正式制度环境（如知识产权保护、产权性质）和内部组织特征（如业绩压力、资源松弛）的调节作用影响？4）儒家文化对企业创新的影响效应是否受到全球化浪潮下外来文化的冲击？本研究有望深化对创新行为赖以依存的文化土壤及其力量逻辑的理解，并从微观企业层面深化对儒家文化经济后果的理论认知。它也能丰富“文化与财务”国际前沿文献，并提供东方情境证据。

Most of the existing research on innovation focuses on the macro-institutional constraints or micro-dynamic mechanism of corporate innovation from the perspective of contract, but neglects the role of implicit value norms such as social culture in decision-making preferences and action choices of innovators. Based on informal institution theory, this project tries to examine the impact and mechanism of Confucian culture on enterprise innovation from the perspective of cognitive imprinting and ethical constraints. Four important scientific questions are answered by using the methods of classical analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical tests: 1) Does Confucian culture affect corporate innovation? Does it have promotion effect or shackle effect? 2) What is the internal mechanism and transmission path of Confucian culture influencing corporate innovation? 3) As an informal system, is the impact of Confucian culture on corporate innovation affected by the regulatory role of institutional environment (such as intellectual property protection, property rights nature) and organizational characteristics (such as performance pressure, resource slack)? 4) Is the impact of Confucian culture on corporate innovation impacted by foreign culture in the tide of globalization? This project is expected to deepen the understanding of the cultural soil and power logic on which innovation depends, and to deepen the theoretical understanding of the economic consequences of Confucianism from the firm level. It can also enrich the international frontier literature of "culture and finance" and provide evidence from the oriental context.
