将Michael加成反应用于双组份室温固化涂层,反应条件温和,高转化效率、高固含、低VOC;植物油基聚合物作为涂料用树脂具有优良的力学性能和颜料润湿性能;不饱和脂肪酸植物油化学改性条件简单、分子设计能力强。本项目的主要目的是将Michael 反应固化体系运用到植物油中,期望制备新型的植物油基Michael反应双组分室温固化涂层体系,这方面研究未见报道。本项目的具体目标如下:采用巯基-烯“点击”反应或环氧化反应改性植物油及衍生物制备乙酰乙酸酯化、氨基化、丙烯酸酯化植物油基预聚物,将改性后的预聚物通过Michael加成反应制备双组份室温固化涂料,系统研究双组份Michael反应(乙酰乙酸酯化和氨基化植物油、乙酰乙酸酯化和丙烯酸酯化植物油、氨基化和丙烯酸酯化植物油)固化涂层的性能和不同植物基、功能基及含环状结构对双组份涂层性能的影响,为室温固化双组份植物油基涂料的实际应用提供研究基础和指导数据。

As two-component ambient-cured coatings,Michael addition reaction possess the advantage of mild reaction conditions, high conversion efficiency, high solid content , and low VOC. Plant oil-based polymer resin used in coatings has excellent mechanical properties and pigment wet ability. The reaction conditions of chemical modification on unsaturated fatty acid plant is simple with versatility of molecular design. The purpose of this study is to apply Michael addition reaction curing system to plant oil and prepare novel plant oil-based Michael addition reaction ambient-cured coatings system. These fields have not been researched. The specific goals of this project are included as follows: prepare the plant oil-based acetoacetic acid esterification, amination, acrylic ester prepolymer via thiol-ene coupling and epoxy ring opening reactions, and then prepared for the plant oil-based Michael addition reaction coating films; Systematically study the performance of Michael addition reaction curable coating’s with two-component system composition such as acetyl esterification and amination of vegetable oil, acetyl acetate acetic ester and acrylic ester oils, amination and acrylic ester oils, and the effect of different plant oil base, functional base and containing ring structure to the performance of these coatings; In addition the advantages and disadvantages of Michael addition curing coating system based on plant oil and petrochemical products were compared. This project is to provide systematic research basis and guidance data for the practical application of renewable vegetable oil base with two-component ambient-cured coating film system.
