随着21世纪海上丝绸之路计划的顺利推进,我国的海洋战略正逐渐从濒海走向远洋。海洋信息采集作为海洋和信息技术融合发展的重要前提,其采集节点与岸基之间大量数据传输和交换可以通过短波通信实现。然而,传统的多通道短波发射前端低通信容量、高功耗、设备体积庞大等缺点,严重制约了短波通信的进一步发展。因此,如何在提升发射容量的前提下,实现高效化和小型化成为短波发射前端必须优先解决的技术难题。本项目基于发射通道数量、各通道发射频段及发射功率的三维独立可重构思路构建多通道发射前端构架;通过研究平均功率和包络跟踪技术相结合的动态偏置短波功放设计方法,以及应用多馈天线的低损耗功率集成方法,提升发射前端的输出效率;通过研究多器件一体化设计方法,减少器件互连损耗,实现发射前端电路的小型化和集成化。上述研究内容将为可重构多通道短波发射前端的实现解决关键技术难题,以及我国海洋信息化的进一步开展奠定坚实的基础。
英文摘要
With the smooth progress of the China's 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, China's ocean strategy is gradually moving from the littoral to the ocean. As an important prerequisite of marine activities, marine information collection exchange data between the collection nodes and the shore-bases can be realized by short-wave communication. However, the traditional multi-channel short-wave transmitter front-ends suffer from low capacity, high-power consumption and large equipment size, which seriously restrict the further development of shortwave communications. Therefore, how to achieve high efficiency and size-miniaturization under the premise of improving the transmitting capacity is a technical problem that the shortwave transmitter front-end must be prioritized. This project plans to build a transmitter front-end architecture based on three-dimensional independent reconfigurable factor, i.e. the number of transmit channels, the transmitting frequency band and the transmitting power of each channel. Based on this architecture, it is proposed to improve the output efficiency of the transmitter front end by studying the short-wave power amplifier combining with the average power and envelope tracking technology and the low-loss power combing method using the multi-feed antenna. At the same time, this project plans to study the integrated design method of multiple devices, reduce the device interconnection loss, and at the same time realize the size-miniaturization and circuit-integration. The research content of this project will solve the key technical problems for the design of reconfigurable multi-channel short-wave transmitter front end, and lay a solid foundation for the achievement of the national marine strategy.
