我国日间手术“医院—社区”网络协作一体化和推进路径研究

日间手术改变传统的诊疗服务流程，为更好地保障日间手术患者的安全，提升日间手术服务质量，亟需为患者提供连续性的日间手术诊疗康复服务。对比欧美等发达国家发现，“医院-社区”网络协作一体化能够有效解决上述问题。但是，在我国“医院-社区”的协作更多的是“点对点”，难以形成“点面”和“面面”的协作网络。为此，本课题以“医院-社区”网络协作一体化与推进路径研究为核心命题，综合运用公共卫生管理、公共政策、卫生经济学和网络治理等多学科协同的理论与方法，以“理论分析—形成机理—内在机制—推进路径”为研究主线，重点解决“医院-社区”网络特征、结构与协作一体化的内在作用机制，以及“医院-社区”网络协作一体化的推进路径，以日间手术为着力点，达到推进我国日间手术“医院-社区”联动，保障患者安全，提高服务质量的目标。课题的理论研究成果将进一步补充基层医疗机构功能定位，与大型公立医院构建协作网络的理论研究不足。
