活血化瘀药对血瘀证患者Neu 和MC游走能力影响的研究

选择有血瘀证表现的冠心病心绞痛伴有高胆固醇血症患者，给予活血化瘀药治疗，观察治疗前后外周血Neu和MC细胞趋化游走能力的变化及MC跨越内皮细胞单层游走过程中产生的IL-8和MCP-1水平，IL-8mRNA及MCP-1mRNA表达水平变化，还观察粘附分子表达水平变化，从白细胞角度揭示血瘀证及活血化瘀治则的细胞及分子生物学基础，具有重要理论和临床意义。

[Objective]To study the mechanism of the attacking of blood stasis and the effect of the.Chinese materia medica,which can promote blood circulation and remove blood.stasis.[Method]To choose the cases of blood stasis and treat them with the compound of Chinese.medicine which include the function of removing blood stasis,tonifying qi,nourishing yin with.promoting blood circulation.The two systems of migrating across PC membrane and.manoendotheliocyte layer was used to make the chemotactic and migrating experiment before and.after giving the therapy about peripheral blood Neu and MC.The activity of IL-8 and MCP-1 was.detected by ELISA,the positive Neu(CD11b) and MC(VLA4) were accounted by indirect Immunity.fluorescence method and mRNA expressing level was detected by dotblotting.[Result]The.chemotactic and migrating ability of Neu and MC of the blood stasis strengthened,the activity.level of IL-8 and MCP-1 which emerged in the course heightened.These upper index signs can belowered by the Chinese materia medica.It shows that the blood stasis may be associated with the.process of the inflammatory reaction,the Chinese materia medica can lower the inflammation.reaction.
