无线移动环境中面向软件业务过程的非确定式角色资源配置方法研究

随着无线移动计算技术广泛应用，使用便携式计算设备来进行业务过程管理已成为趋势。然而，由于无线移动环境的动态性与多变性，以及移动计算设备自身的硬件性能有限，因此在移动环境中进行软件业务过程管理时，面临着更多的不确定性和技术挑战。面向当前无线移动办公、跨地域的分布式软件业务过程管理等应用需求，本项目以无线移动环境中软件业务过程的角色资源配置为核心，研究和探讨非确定条件下的相关原理和技术方案，力争在面向属性约束的角色能力匹配与协作关系的近似式度量与配置优化机制，基于不确定运动方式的自组织式移动服务组合方法，跨地域的移动角色交互场景一致性维护等方面的关键技术研究取得突破，使之能应用于跨地域企业组织的业务过程协同，管理工作人员的无线移动办公，企业内部各类资源的综合调配等领域。

With the widespread use of wireless mobile computing technologies, performing business process management by portable computing devices has been widely accepted. However, due to the dynamic and changeable characteristics of wireless mobile computing and the limited hardware capability of the portable devices, managing business process in this environment faces more uncertainty and challenges. To meet the requirements of wireless mobile task execution and cross-region distributed organizational business process management, focusing on the allocation of role/avatar resources for software business process in wireless mobile environments, this project analyzes the corresponding principles and mechanisms under uncertain conditions, and will make deep research on the approximate evaluation of roles’ capability and cooperation for the improvement of resource allocation, the ad-hoc mobile services composition with roles’ uncertain moving, and the mechanism of maintaining consistency in interaction scenarios among cross-region mobile roles. In this way, the technologies can be applicable to supporting business process collaboration for large organizations across geographic regions, business staff’s wireless mobile task execution and resource allocation inside organizations and enterprises.
