英文摘要
Single-particle energy is the cornerstone of the present understanding of nuclear structure. It changes as a function of neutron and proton number and thus leading to the disappearance of the traditional magic numbers and the appearance of new ones. One typical example is the emergence of the “island of inversion”. Neutron g9/2 orbital plays a crucial role in the formation of the “island of inversion” at N≈40. Based on the particle-γ(-γ) coincidence method, we propose to search the 9/2+ isomers in the target-like fragments in the multinucleon transfer reactions of 64Ni+238U and carry out measurements of isomeric excitation energies and half-lives. Through supplementary experimental data on key levels, such as the 9/2+ isomeric state in neutron-rich nucleus 63Fe, we can perform a systematic study of the evolution of the effective single-particle energies of the neutron g9/2 orbital, to have a deep understanding of the role played by the g9/2 orbital in the appearance and disappearance of the N=40 magic number and to explore the western boundary of the N≈40 “island of inversion”.
