混凝土内部水泥浆体与骨料之间粘结界面的性能对整个混凝土的物理性能及其耐久性能的影响很大,因此混凝土中界面性能的研究非常重要。此外混凝土与钢筋的粘结界面不仅影响着钢筋混凝土的服役性能更是对在有氯盐侵入情况下氯离子在钢筋表面的聚集状态以及由此引起的钢筋锈蚀有很大影响。普通混凝土以及普通再生混凝土中界面的研究已经相当成熟,但是将再生水泥应用到混凝土中产生的界面的研究还未涉及。本项目将研究再生水泥浆体与天然骨料、再生骨料以及钢筋的粘结界面的物理化学特性,为再生水泥在混凝土中可能的应用做好前期研究,同时将结果和普通水泥浆体与天然骨料、再生骨料以及钢筋的粘结界面的物理化学特性做比较,分析界面性能的影响因素,提出界面性能的控制指标以及界面性能提升的方法。
英文摘要
The ITZs in concrete have a significant effect on the physical performance and durability of concrete, thus the investigations on the ITZs in concrete are very important. Besides, the ITZ between concrete and steel can affect not only the performance of steel reinforced concrete under service but also the corrosion process of steel caused by ingress of chloride ions in chloride-laden environments. The ITZs in normal concrete and ordinary recycled aggregate concrete have been studied by a lot of researchers, but the ITZs in concrete with recycled cement have not yet been investigated. In this project, the research on the ITZs between recycled cement paste and natural aggregates/recycled aggregates/steel could provide the understanding of possible application of recycled cement in concrete production. In addition, the results obtained could be compared with those results of the ITZs between ordinary Portland cement paste and natural aggregates/recycled aggregates/steel. The factors that influencing the properties of ITZs will be discussed and analyzed, and the methods for improving the performance of ITZs will be put forward.
