It was a hot topic of the relationship of spin gap with superconducting gap of high Tc superconductors in end of last century. In this project, we used the high pressure method and the magnetic ion doping effect for studying the relationship of the temperature of opening spin gap and the maximal width of the gap with structure distortion of high Tc superconductors. These results are useful for understanding the physical essential of spin gap of high Tc superconductors. Since there are very important application and basic researching background for studying the magnetic flux dynamics. We derived the flux conservation equation with different shapes and giving four measuring equations for obtaining the effective pinning potential of superconductors, and farther the equiangular of four measurement methods also discussed. the simple methods for studying the flux dynamics were suggested. Basically the results above the anisotropy of the current and hecharacters.of the vortex liquid of high Tc and MgB2 superconductors were discussed.
