云南省于2019年1月公布的政府工作报告中明确提出建设中国最美丽省份，美丽云南的建设离不开璀璨多姿的少数民族景观，本课题选择10万人口以下的“特少民族”—阿昌族、普米族、怒族、基诺族、德昂族、独龙族作为研究对象，是国内聚落景观研究中极少关注到的对象。这些“特少民族”主要分布在云南西部的临沧市、怒江州等地，部分地区出现不同民族杂居的现象。 本课题的主要研究内容为：构建聚落景观基因图谱研究体系—聚落景观表型调查与分析—景观基因型识别及表达规律探究—表达规律验证—云南特少民族聚落景观更新控制引导—采用GIS软件生成景观基因图谱数据库。研究方法上将自然科学研究领域的基因理念引入风景园林学，并采用定性研究与定量研究相结合、定量研究佐证定性研究准确性的研究方法，对聚落研究范式进行新探索。课题关于6个云南特少民族景观基因图谱的研究，为云南建设最美丽省份提供景观多样性的技术支持与参考。

The report on the work of Yunnan Province government, which was released in January 2019, clearly proposed to construct Yunnan as China's most beautiful province. The construction of beautiful Yunnan is inseparable from colorful ethnic minority landscapes, this research intends to select“special minority” with a population below 100,000 as research objects, including Achang, Pumi, Nu, Jinuo, De'ang and Dulong. These ethnic minority are less concerned in the study of settlement landscape in China. These“special minority” are mainly distributed in Lincang City and Nujiang Prefecture. Some of the ethnic groups habitations are closely connected. .The main research contents of this research are as follows: Constructing the research framework of settlement landscape gene map--analyzing settlement landscape phenotype--recognizing landscape genetic map and exploring its expression law--verifying the expression law--using GIS software to generate landscape genetic map database. As to the research method, the concept of gene from the field of natural science is introduced into the landscape architecture research, and a new exploration of the settlement research paradigm is carried out by combining qualitative research with quantitative research, quantitative research is applied to prove the accuracy of qualitative research. The research of 6 Yunnan“special minority” genetic map provides technical support and reference for landscape diversity in the construction progress of China's most beautiful province.
