健康学校建设是新时期国家发展战略重要一环。校园环境对学生身心健康有着十分重要影响。随着高密度中小学校园成为常态,校园健康风险更加严峻。.本项目以高密度中小学校园作为研究对象,从生理健康、心理健康、社会适应健康三个维度开展研究,以高密度校园空间环境评测、文件档案收集、健康档案整理、现场记录调查为基础,运用循证设计、比较研究、实测及计算机模拟的研究方法,探索校园健康影响典型因子和关联性,以此建立健康视角下校园环境控制及评价指标体系,进而构建贯通宏观校园规划与策划、中观建筑设计、微观技术措施三个层面的整体健康促进优化设计策略。本项目丰富完善当代健康学校设计理论与技术,对推进我国健康学校研究,促进学生身心健康,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
英文摘要
The study of health school had become an important part of Chinese national development strategies. Environment of school had a very important impact on students' physical and mental heath. With the booming of high-density primary and secondary schools , the risk of campus health became more serious. .This project took high-density primary and secondary schools as the research object. This project carried out research from three dimensions: physical health, mental health and social adaptation. Under the investigation and field work of high-density schools, this project tried to explore the typical factors in health influence and explore the systemic relevance within the factors. It used following research methods, such as evidence-based design, comparative research, actual measurement and computer simulation research. In this way, the index system of control and evaluation of the health environment could be established. The optimization design strategies could be put forward based on the index system. The strategies were summarized in three levels: campus planning, architectural design and technology integration. This project enriched the design theory of healthy campus. In addition, it had important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the research of health schools as well as promoting the physical and mental health of students.
校园环境与学生的身心健康存在着密不可分的关系,高密度中小学校园更是健康学校建设的重点。本项目以高密度中小学校园作为研究对象,从生理健康、心理健康、社会适应健康三个维度开展研究,进而提出贯通宏观校园规划与策划、中观建筑设计、微观技术措施三个层面的整体健康促进优化设计策略,为健康学校建设提供科学依据。研究成果与学术贡献在于:1.完成了校园环境健康影响因子的筛选与识别;2.揭示了中小学校空间环境健康促进影响机理;3.检验了体力活动在中学校园环境健康促进作用机制里的中介效应;4.提出了针对高密度中小学校园的健康促进的优化设计策略;5.建立了中小学校园健康评价体系。基于本项目的研究,编制完成了中国工程建设标准化协会《健康中小学校评价标准》与《健康幼儿园建筑评价标准》两部标准。项目成果有助于深化学生健康与校园环境关系的健康校园方面的理论研究,有助于推进面向健康促进的中小学校园环境建设和设计优化思路,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
