高压高精度电源系统是下一代高亮度、小发射度先进光源的关键设备,其性能决定了束流品质乃至整个加速器的性能指标。电源的高压、高精度技术是加速器先进技术领域中的关键技术。国内外实验室和电源厂商竞相开展该类电源的研究,但在研制和升级过程中遇到了诸多技术难点,仍未完全达到下一代光源的设计要求。本课题旨在开展500kV,纹波小于0.01%的高压电源关键技术研究,配合SF6回收系统和低电平控制系统,建成500kV高精度、高可靠性的电源系统。研制过程中需要创造性的解决高电压倍压产生、低纹波控制、器件绝缘和联锁保护等多个技术难点。电源系统可以在进展中的高能所自主部署项目光阴极电子枪平台上进行测试,与国外电源进行比较,在不断的改进中掌握高精度电源核心技术,使电源达到国际领先水平。课题涉及材料、电力、电路、控制以及压力容器等多个领域和学科,希望通过课题的研究提升自身国际竞争力。
英文摘要
The high voltage and high precision power supply system is the key equipment of next generation light source with high brightness and small emittance. The performance of power supply system determines the characteristic of the beam and even the whole performance of the accelerator.The high voltage and high precision technology are the key technologies in the field of accelerator advanced technology. Laboratories and PS manufactories rushed to carry out researches on this high voltage and high precision power supply system, but they met many technical difficulties in the process of development and upgrade. The power supply system has not fully met the requirements of the light source of the next generation. This project aims to carry out the research of the key technology of 500kV high voltage power supply system, which consists the power supply, the SF6 recovery system and the low-level control system. The voltage ripple of this system would be less than 0.01%. In the research process , we need to solve some technical difficulties, such as the 500kV generation circuit topology, reduction of the voltage ripple, isolation between devices and interlock protection. The Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) has started the 500kV photocathode dc-gun project in 2011 which could be used as the test platform of the power supply system. Compared with the foreign product, we plan to develop our power supply system with continuous improvement and finally meet our design specification. The power supply system could reach the international advanced level. The project involves materials, electricity, circuit, control system, pressure vessel and subject in some other fields. We can learn the advanced technical and enhance our international competitiveness in this project.
