页岩气井多级压裂过程中出现的套管变形已成为世界范围内页岩气开发的共性问题,部分页岩区块发生比率达到50%,增加施工成本、降低生产产能、缩短井的生命周期,且目前尚无较好解决方法。针对此,以我国低渗页岩储层复杂地质条件以及多级压裂过程中四维地质力学特性动态变化为基础,综合考虑压裂工程参数和微地震监测结果,通过理论分析、数值模拟、试验研究和工程验证,开展多级压裂过程中孔隙压力动态响应研究,建立压裂过程中断层不稳定评价机制和断层滑移时空演化规律模型,分析套管剪切变形、径向挤压变形和轴向弯曲变形演变机理,提出基于孔隙压力动态响应和断层不评定评价机制的压裂工艺及参数控制方法,研发考虑断层滑移剪切保护的绕风险地层分段固井接头工具和压裂过程中套管变形后二级桥塞优选软件,并通过现场数据对模型、工具和软件进行完善和校正。最终形成页岩气水平井套管完整性地质工程一体化控制基础方法体系。

Casing deformation during multistage fracturing in shale gas horizontal wells has become a serious common problem worldwide, the occurrence rate even reached 50%, increasing the well completion costs, reducing the production capacity, and shortening the well life. At present, there is no good way to solve this problem. Based on the shale reservoir complex geological condition in our country and the 4-Dimensional geomechanics during multistage fracturing, considering the fracturing engineering parameters and microseismic measurement results, the studies of dynamic response of pore pressure (fracture pressure) were carried out, the fault unstable evaluation mechanism was established, the spatio-temporal evolution model of fault slipping was developed, by using the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, experimental research and engineering verification. The evolution mechanism of casing shear deformation, radial extrusion deformation and axial bending deformation was analyzed. According to the analysis, the fracturing technology and parameter optimization method was proposed, the bypass cementing joint tool and optimization method of bridge plug specification were developed. All of them were improved and corrected through field data during multistage fracturing. Finally, the integrated control foundation method of geological and engineering was formed.
