FOX-7(1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethene)炸药应用潜力巨大,但高温相变可能导致其撞击安全性发生显著变化。本项目拟通过研究FOX-7在不同条件下的相变机理,研究粘结剂类型和含量对其相变的影响规律和机制,认识不同聚合膜的包覆对其相变温度的影响规律,通过不同方法探索FOX-7相变抑制技术,在此基础上制备FOX-7基PBX配方,开展实验研究,认识其高温下撞击点火行为特征和燃速-压力关系,分析高温相变对燃烧转变条件的影响。通过研究提高对PBX炸药撞击及热安全性的认知,进一步提升FOX-7炸药耐高温性能,解决炸药配方的高温撞击安全性评价的技术难题,为钝感配方设计提供数据及理论支撑。
英文摘要
FOX-7 (1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethene) explosive has great potential for application, but its high-temperature phase transition can bring significant changes in high-speed impact safety, which limits its usage. This project aims to the phase transition mechanism of FOX-7 under various conditions. We plan to study the influence of binders, type and content, on the phase transition; plan to study the influence rule of polymers film coating on the phase transition temperature; plan to explore the phase transition suppression technology of FOX-7 through different methods. Using the PBX (Plastic Bonded Explosive) formulation obtained above, which can better inhibit the high temperature phase transition of FOX-7, experiments are designed to understand the impact ignition behavior at high temperatures and the relationship between burning rate and pressure. The influence of high temperature phase transition on combustion will also be focused. By obtaining the knowledge of impact and thermal safety of PBX, the high temperature resistance of FOX-7-based PBX explosive can be improved. This project will solve the technical difficulties of high temperature impact safety evaluation of explosive formulation and provide data and theoretical support for the design of insensitive formulation.
