Sertoli细胞(支持细胞)是睾丸重要的基质细胞,可分泌多种细胞因子如IL-1、IL-6、TGF-B并表达FasL。本课题研究睾丸局部感染时(动物模型),Sertoli细胞的免疫调节机制。舛杂诓魃鲜鱿赴蜃印asL及Sertoli细胞(除参与生殖生理功能外)新的生物功能及意义,特别是在免疫调节重的作用均有重要的理论意义,是一个值得研究、探讨的新领域。
英文摘要
Sertoli cells are important stromal cells in testis, which can secrete several cytokines, such as IL-1, IL-6 and TGF-b, which produce important effect on maintaining and regulating reproductional function in testis. This research study the role of immune regulation of Sertoli cells in the animal model of rat testis infection ( include FasL transgenic animal model). The study shows that Sertoli cell have immune regulative effect by the changes of the level in secreting IL-1, Il-6 and TGF-b and the surface expression of FasL (also have pathological changes) when the testis is infected; higher expression of FasL is not benefit when the animal is infected: Because Sertoli cell which express FasL can kill Fas+ cell. The conclusion : 1. Sertoli cell not only take part in the role of reproduction, but also play the role of immuneregulation; 2. Higher expression of FasL is not benefit for anti-infection immunity; 3. Sertoli cell is the important cell, with FasL , which maintain the immune privilege in the testis.
