近零能耗建筑具有高气密性、低能耗和高舒适性等特点,这导致常规的厨房补风方式不再适用。厨房炊事成为恶化近零能耗住宅环境的重要因素。为此,本项目提出局部补风和空调送风一体化的近零能耗住宅厨房通风新方式。拟从扩散规律、控制目标和优化调控等方面开展研究。一、实验研究新型通风方式下厨房热和颗粒物双重污染的时空变化,揭示全炊事周期下热和颗粒物的动态分布特性,阐明新型通风方式对双重污染的控制作用;二,模拟研究热和颗粒物在厨房空间的连续性变化,揭示多因素共同作用下热和颗粒物的协同扩散规律;三,分析新型通风方式与协同扩散之间的内在联系,揭示厨房环境关键控制参数及其权重,提出热和颗粒物污染的协同控制目标;四,分析新型通风系统结构和运行参数与厨房环境变化的内在关系,寻找其结构优化设计方法,提出全周期的运行控制策略,构建适用于近零能耗住宅厨房的新型通风系统的优化调控方法,促进近零能耗建筑的推广应用。

The Nearly Zero Energy Residential Buildings (NZERB) has characteristics of high air-sealed, low-power heating and cooling equipment, and higher thermal comfortable, which lead to that the conventional mode of make-up air from gaps of door and window of kitchen is inapplicable for the kitchens of NZERB. Cooking has become an important factor to worsen the indoor environment of NZERB. Therefore, a novel ventilation mode combining local make-up air with conditioned air supplying is provided for the kitchens of NZERB. The diffusion law of heat and particulate matter (PM), control objectives and optimal regulation for the novel ventilation mode were studied in this proposal. Firstly, the spatial-temporal variation of heat and PM concentrations in kitchen of NZERB under the new ventilation mode was studied experimentally, the dynamic distribution characteristics of heat and PM under during the whole cooking cycle were revealed, and the control effect of new ventilation mode on double pollution was expounded. The continuous change of heat and PM in the kitchen space was simulated, and the cooperative diffusion law of heat and PM under the action of multiple factors was revealed. Thirdly, the internal relation between the new ventilation mode and collaborative diffusion was analyzed, the key control parameters and their weights were revealed, and the collaborative control target of heat and PM in the kitchen environment was proposed. Finally, the relationship between parameters of the new ventilation mode and kitchen environment was analyzed, the optimization design method of the new ventilation mode was found, and the full cycle operation control strategy was put forward, and finally the optimization control method of the integrated ventilation mode of local make-up air and conditioned air supplying for the kitchen of NZERB was constructed, which would promote the population and application of NZERB.
