粉煤灰资源化是现阶段煤炭开发利用过程中无法回避的问题。循环流化床(CFB)粉煤灰现已被明确禁止进入水泥混凝土行业,其规模化消纳技术需求尤为迫切。本课题基于对CFB粉煤灰矿物学、岩石学等特性的一般性分析,以地球化学视角理解和分析了Al-Si-Fe-Ca 多元素协同处置、高效转化的可行性,拟结合实验分别探讨和验证粉煤灰的常压低温分解、Al(OH)3低成本提纯、重金属高效沉降分离、SiO2常压低温水热活化几相关键技术。CFB粉煤灰基生态修复材料(硅肥、PAFS净水剂)的制备,增加了固废处置活动的“生态增益”属性。有望借此切实实现CFB粉煤灰的规模化、生态化、高值化利用及消纳。
英文摘要
The utilization of coal fly ash is an unavoidable problem in the process of coal resource exploitation. Among them, Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) fly ash has been banned for cement and concrete industry, so its large-scale consumption demand is especially urgent. Based on the general analysis of mineralogy and petrology of CFB fly ash, and from the perspective of geochemistry, the feasibility of Al-Si-Fe-Ca Al-Si-Fe-Ca multielements co-disposal and efficient transformation was analyzed. Several crucial technologies including room-pressure &low-temperature decomposition of fly ash, low-cost purification of Al(OH)3, high efficient deposition & separation of heavy metals, room-pressure & low-temperature hydrothermal activation of SiO2, etc., are discussed and verified in combination with experiments. Preparation of CFB fly ash-based ecological restoration materials (silicon fertilizer, PAFS water purifier), will give 'ecology-improving' property to the solid waste disposal activities. The large-scale, ecological and high-value utilization or disposal of CFB fly ash were so as expected to be effectively realized .
