乡村重构的理论、路径与实践探索——以北京乡村地区为例

在城乡融合发展与乡村振兴战略背景下，以不同地理尺度乡村重构多路径实现进程中的驱动机制、行为主体的作用机理为主题，突破已有研究偏重挖掘农村发展现象与事实特征、忽视农村空间诸要素与行为主体异质性的局限，重视乡村经济结构与产业融合、发展模式。构建农村转型发展与重构路径形成体系、内外要素组合结构与互动效应的驱动机制，侧重乡村空间要素融合与属性的重构模式。通过实地调查与统计数据、遥感影像解析、政策解读等途径获得初始数据，采用内生-外援农村空间要素评价体系、GIS可视化、多元回归分析等方法，验证发达国家农村发展理论的适用性及其地区差异性，并从地理梯度与发展阶段的差异性角度对北京地区农村发展转型与乡村重构多路径归类分析，探究乡村重构的驱动机制、行为主体的作用机理，考察此过程中出现的经济可持续性、环境污染与生态多样性保护及城乡要素交流机制等复杂性问题。

Under the strategic background of urban-rural integration development and rural revitalization, the theme of this research is the driving mechanism and the action mechanism of actors in the process of multi-path realization of rural restructuring on different geographical scales. The existing research put more emphasis on explore tapping the phenomena and factual characteristics of rural development, neglecting the limitations of the heterogeneity of elements and subjects in rural space. In order to compensate for the limitation, this research that pay attention to rural economic structure, industrial layout and development model. We're going to constructing the formation system of rural transition development and reconstruction path, and the internal relation between internal and external component structure and interactive effect, and emphasis restructuring model on fusion and attribute of rural spatial element. We investigate initial data are obtained field survey and statistical data, remote sensing image analysis and policy interpretation, using the methods of endogenous-foreign aid rural spatial elements evaluation system, GIS visualization, multiple regression analysis, etc., to verify the applicability and regional differences of rural development theory in developed countries, and from the perspective of geographic gradient and difference of development stages, this paper classifies and analyses the multi-path classification of rural development transformation and rural restructuring in Beijing region, and exploring the driving mechanism, behavior subject and mechanism of rural restructuring, examine the complexity of economic sustainability, environmental pollution and protection of ecological diversity, and exchange mechanism of urban and rural elements in this process.
