氡是人类所受天然辐射最主要的来源,也是除吸烟之外人类肺癌的第二大诱因。氡暴露剂量评估及氡的防护问题,一直是辐射防护及环境保护领域的热点研究问题。2018年初,ICRP137号报告正式出版,标志着以剂量学方法为主流的新的氡暴露剂量评估及氡的防护体系基本建立。该体系要求实测不同环境氡子体特征参数,给出不同的典型环境氡暴露剂量转换系数,以评估环境氡暴露有效剂量。.本研究针对中国典型室内环境氡子体特征参数现场测量的问题,拟通过氡子体测量方法的改进和氡子体特征参数测量系统的研制,实现工作场所/居室中氡子体比、未结合态份额、粒径分布的连续测量,获取现场环境氡子体特征参数,评估典型环境氡暴露剂量转系数。.该研究获取的室内环境氡子体特征参数,将作为中国室内氡暴露的基础数据,提供给国际放射防护委员会。该研究推荐的典型环境氡暴露剂量转换系数,将为我国居民氡暴露剂量评价与室内氡的防护决策奠定基础。
英文摘要
Radon is one of the most important source of natural exposure, and it’s the second leader of the lung cancer after smoking. The dose evaluation and radiological protection of radon exposure has been a hotspot of health physics and environmental protection for a long time. At the beginning of 2018, the ICRP137 was officially published, which means a new dose assessment and protection system of radon exposure is established, which is based on dosimetric method and requires that the characteristic parameters of radon progeny in different environments should be measured. And also the dose conversion factors of radon exposure in different environments should be given to evaluate the effective dose of radon exposure in different environments..Aiming at the field measurement of the characteristic parameters of radon in typical indoor environment in China, this research intend to improve the radon progeny measurement methods and develop an new multi-channel measurement system, then to continuous measure the activity concentration ratio, the unattached fraction and the activity size distribution of radon progeny in workplace and in living room. The characteristic parameters of radon progeny in different field environments will be surveyed, the typical value of the dose conversion factors of radon exposure in typical environment will be evaluated and its variety will also be assessed. Those survey results in field environments will be sent to ICRP committee as typical value of Chinese indoor environment. The recommended dose conversion factor of typical indoor environment will lay a foundation for radon exposure dose evaluation and radon protection in China.
