绿色农产品供给不足是我国现代农业发展面临的重要问题。一是因为农户在绿色农产品生产中面临更高的产量和收益不确定性，二是由于农户自身绿色生产知识的有限与资金的约束。本项目考虑由面向消费者的企业与风险规避型农户构成的绿色农产品供应链，研究企业应如何设计与农户的最优合作机制，以实现价值共创。具体如下：项目运用合同与供应链理论方法，首先考虑多种基于风险共担的订购合约设计，分析比较不同合约下的最优供应链效率，并研究农户风险偏好信息不对称情形下的合约设计问题；进而，分别考虑不同信息对称情形下的知识分享策略以及内外部融资服务策略，分析其对订购合约设计的影响，得到订购合约分别与知识分享策略、融资服务策略的最优组合机制；最后，以湖南安化黑茶产业为调研对象，运用实证与实验方法，对理论结果进行检验与修正。研究结果拟为企业引导农户合理规划生产分配决策、促进优质绿色农产品供给、实现供应链价值最大化提供管理建议。

Insufficient supply of green agricultural products is an important issue facing the development of modern agriculture in China. The reasons are twofold. First, farmers face higher yield and income uncertainty in the production of green agricultural products. Second, farmers may have limited knowledge of green production and/or are constrained financially. This project considers a green agricultural product supply chain consisting of a firm selling directly to consumers and risk-averse farmers, and studies how the firm should design optimal cooperation mechanisms with farmers to create shared values. Specifically, based on contract theory and supply chain theory, this project will first consider several types of purchase order contracts aiming to risk sharing, compare the supply chain efficiencies under different optimal contracts, and further study the contract design issue in the presence of information asymmetry on farmers' risk preferences. Furthermore, this project will study different knowledge sharing strategies and financing service strategies, and analyze how these strategies will affect the design of purchase order contracts, and then find the optimal cooperative mechanism. Finally, this project will conduct survey and experiments to verify and modify our theoretic results by collecting data in black tea industry of Anhua in Hunan. The research results are expected to provide managerial advices for firms to induce farmers to make effective production allocation decisions that increase the supply of high-quality green agricultural products and maximize the value of the supply chain.
