离岸外包环境下跨国生产资源配置与协同运作优化研究

在我国制造业人力成本上升压力增加、制造业转型升级和全球制造竞争战略背景下, 本课题研究离岸外包环境下跨国生产资源配置与协同生产运作优化问题。 内容包括离岸外包/跨国生产资源配置和离岸外包/跨国生产-交货决策两个大专题，共设四子专题，即：生产资源配置决策的（1) 离岸外包/跨国生产劳动力资源配置优化和（2）离岸外包/跨国生产-存储网络资源优化；离岸外包/跨国生产协同运作中的（1）多风险下离岸外包/跨国生产订货决策优化和（2）多种交货条件下离岸外包/跨国生产-存储-交货优化。研究运用离岸外包战略、跨国生产理论、生产库存优化等理论，并用博弈论、运筹优化、智能算法等方法进行研究，课题构建了基于离岸外包环境下的跨国生产组织与运作模式、提出离岸外包环境下的跨国生产资源配置策略和离岸外包环境下的生产运作协同机制和优化方法。研究对丰富发展离岸外包生产管理理论、指导中国制造企业跨国生产有重要的理论与实践意义

With the increasing of labor cost pressure, and under the background of Chinese manufacturing transformation/upgrading and globalization competition, this project researches the problem of production resource configuration and collaborative production operations optimization in the environment of offshoring/cross-country production. . The main research content of the project includes two sub subjects, i.e., offshoring production resource configuration decision and collaborative production operations optimization. Under the resource configuration subject, there are two topics, i.e., (1) offshoring /cross-country production workforce configuration and (2) offshoring manufacturing/cross-country production-inventory network configuration optimization. Under the collaborative production operations subject, there are also two topics, i.e., (1) multi-risk based offshoring/cross-country production and ordering decision and (2) production-delivery optimization of offshoring / cross-country production with multi-delivery condition. During the research ,the project applies multiple theories including offshoring strategy theory, cross-country production theory, production-inventory theory, and multiple research methods including game theory method, operations research optimization method, swarm optimization methods. . The main objectives of the project are to: (1) construct cross-country production organization and operations mode in the environment of offshoring manufact6uring, (2) propose cross-country production resource configuration strategy, (3) propose cross-country collaborative production operations mechanism and optimization methods, and (4) provide implications for Chinese manufacturing firms when implementing offshoring manufacturing strategy.. The main originalities of the project include: (1) propose and study the new idea and new method of workforce configuration for offshoring cross-country manufacturing with the labor cost advantage transformation among countries; (2) propose and study the order allocation method based on multiple risks of offshoring manufacturing, (3) propose and study the offshoring production decision method using dynamic multi-dimension game theory, (4) propose and study the new idea and new method of production-delivery with multiple delivery conditions, and (5) propose and study the new method of offshoring production-inventory with flexible lead time and dynamic productivity. . This project has important theoretical value for developing offshoring manufacturing production theory and can offers guideline for Chinese manufacturers to implement global manufacturing strategy with offshoring cross-country production.
