本课题针对我国城市外来人口大规模涌入大城市、特大城市，对经济运行做出巨大贡献的同时，也带来了交通堵塞、公共服务短缺、空间管理混乱等问题，以福州市为例，运用城市地理学、时间地理学等相关研究理论，基于统计数据、实地调研数据与手机信令等多源数据相融合建立数据库，运用深度学习、时空分析等方法，识别城市不同类型城市外来人口，并对其时空活动规律进行分析，进一步刻画其职住空间的分布特征。从微观主体入手，对福州市外来人口分布特征、职住特征进行多尺度、高粒度、动态的结构性描述分析和解释研究，总结外来人口在城市中的职住行为规律、职住和出行问题等，形成识别外来人口的特征性指标，结合城市公共设施、交通网络等数据进行评价分析。最终，提出优化城市空间结构、改善城市治理政策、更好的服务于外来人口“美好生活”的规划政策建议。

Great contributions to urban economic has been made by floating population. However, problems such as traffic congestion, shortage of public services, and chaotic were aslo brought. Taking Fuzhou City as an example, the research identified different types of floating population while analyzing its space-time activity patterns, occupation and residence distribution. The research was based on different theories including urban geography and time geography, various data including statistical data, field survey data and mobile phone signaling data, distinct methods such as deep learning and space-time analysis.Starting from the micro-subjects, the occupation and residence distribution of floating population were described and analyzed firstly in a multi-scale, high-grained and dynamic view. And then the issues of travel and occupation-residence were sumarized in order to build indicatos to identify the floating population by using public services data and traffic data. Finally, the planning support recommendations were put forward for the purpose of optimizing the urban spatial structure, improving urban governance policies, and serving better life for the floating population.
