工作场所暴力（WPV）已成为影响全球职业健康的重要问题，WPV严重威胁急诊护士的职业安全及身心健康，提升护士抗逆力水平是优势视角下改善遭受WPV后急诊护士身心健康的重要途径。既往研究多从个体或环境单维度、横断面视角分析抗逆力的水平及影响因素，忽略了遭受WPV后急诊护士抗逆力随时间发展的规律以及各维度之间的交互作用。因此，目前遭受WPV后急诊护士抗逆力发展的的变化轨迹及影响机制尚不明确，进而导致遭受WPV后急诊护士抗逆力的有效干预方案缺乏。本研究拟在前期对新入职护士抗逆力研究探索的基础上，以环境-个体互动模型为指导，采用前瞻性研究阐明遭受WPV后急诊护士抗逆力发展的变化轨迹及影响机制；在此基础上，通过质性研究、专家咨询等方法构建遭受WPV后急诊护士抗逆力的干预方案；最后采用类实验研究对干预方案进行效果评价。本研究的顺利实施可为促进遭受WPV后急诊护士的身心健康与成长提供理论参考和实践支持。

Workplace violence (WPV) has become an important issue affecting the global occupational health. WPV seriously threatens the occupational safety and physical and mental health of emergency nurses. Improving the level of resilience of these nurses is an important way to improve their physical and mental health after suffering from WPV from the perspective of superiority. Previous studies mostly analyzed the level and influencing factors of resilience of emergency nurses from the perspective of individual or environment single dimension and cross-section, ignoring the change rule of resilience with time and the interaction between the dimensions after suffering WPV. Therefore, at present, the change track and influence mechanism of emergency nurses' resilience after WPV are not clear, which leads to the lack of effective intervention program of emergency nurses' resilience after WPV. On the basis of the previous research on the resilience of new nurses, guided by the environment- individual interaction model, this study uses prospective research to clarify the change track and influence mechanism of the resilience development of emergency nurses after suffering from WPV. Furthermore the intervention program of resilience of emergency nurses after suffering from WPV is constructed by qualitative research, expert consultation and other methods. Finally, quasi-experimental study will be used to evaluate the effect of the intervention program. The successful implementation of this study will provide theoretical reference and practical support for promoting the physical and mental recovery and growth of emergency nurses after WPV.
