再生水灌溉是滨海地区重要的节水举措,但再生水中所含环境雌激素对滨海常见土壤(高盐土壤)的污染不可忽视。滨海高盐土壤特殊的理化性质和特有的盐胁迫逆境均会对环境雌激素的累积及迁移转化产生影响,而目前鲜见相关研究报道。本项目以典型环境雌激素为目标污染物,拟探讨再生水灌溉滨海高盐土壤环境雌激素的累积规律,考察滨海高盐土壤中环境雌激素的吸附解吸规律,研究滨海高盐土壤中环境雌激素的生物降解去除规律,探讨植物对高盐土壤中环境雌激素的吸收去除规律,设定不同的盐渍环境、灌溉、土壤组分、生源要素(肥料)添加及外源微生物添加处理,探讨多种因素对再生水灌溉滨海高盐土壤环境雌激素累积、吸附解吸及生物去除过程的影响机制,旨在揭示再生水灌溉滨海高盐土壤环境雌激素累积及迁移转化规律。通过开展本研究可为促进滨海地区合理利用再生水资源, 保障土壤质量安全提供重要理论依据和技术支撑。

Although reclaimed water irrigation is an important practice in the coastal region due to shortage of water resource, the environmental hormone pollution of the coastal saline soil caused by reclaimed water irrigation should not be neglected. The coastal saline soil, with its special physical-chemical properties and salt stress, might have great influence on the accumulation, fate and transport of environmental hormones. However, rare information on this topic is available. In this study, environmental hormones were chosen as the target contaminants. The accumulation of environmental hormones in the coastal saline soil during reclaimed water irrigation will be evaluated. The sorption-desorption process of environmental hormones in the coastal saline soil will be investigated. The biodegradation of environmental hormones in the coastal saline soil, as well as the plant uptake of environmental hormones under saline environment will also be investigated. The influence of many factors including saline environment, irrigation approaches, soil components, fertilizers, and microorganisms on the processes of accumulation, sorption-desorption, and bioremoval of environmental hormones in the coastal saline soil will be evaluated. The final goal of this study is to obtain initial information on the accumulation, fate and transport of environmental hormones in the coastal saline soil during reclaimed water irrigation. These findings will subsequently provide theoretical and technical support for the sustainable use of reclaimed water for irrigation, soil quality, and soil safety in the coastal zone.
针对滨海缺水区水资源再生利用和水土环境保护难题,研究了环境雌激素在海岸带环境中的污染特征、吸附解吸、生物降解和植物强化去除规律,揭示了再生水灌溉滨海高盐土壤条件下环境雌激素的迁移转化规律。国际上首次发现了盐渍环境大幅抑制作物富集环境雌激素的现象,确立了盐生植物在扩繁条件下对海岸带环境中环境雌激素自净过程的主导作用,创制了3种高效脱盐保肥去污型盐渍土改良剂和1种可较普通PVDF膜材料强度提升2倍且通量提升50%的污水处理膜材料,发现了滨海盐渍土无色杆菌对环境雌激素降解的偏好性并获得高效降解菌6株,实现了洲际尺度海岸带区域环境雌激素污染的综合评估,并发现了尾水处置不当引起近海海岸带环境雌激素污染的超级隐形污染途径(海底地下水排泄)。相关研究为滨海缺水区基于再生水灌溉的农业节水增效及环境雌激素污染阻控提供了新原理、新技术和新材料,部分技术已在典型缺水区示范应用。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文21篇,入选ESI高被引论文2篇,授权发明专利4项(其中2项已开始实施应用)。同时产出国家级科学咨询报告1份并被两办采纳和国家领导人批示,为推动海岸带区域再生水利用和污染管控提供了关键科学依据,产生了重要社会经济效益。
