当前，全球自由贸易协定（FTA）呈现出由边境规则扩展到边境内规则的“深度化”趋势，对全球贸易格局以及贸易收益均产生了重要影响。本项目率先测度、识别了FTA深度化指数，并从“时间、国别、协定”三个维度分析FTA深度化演化趋势。基于规则与产品双重异质性视角，探究FTA深度化影响出口产品转换及贸易利得的传导路径及作用机理。运用拓展的引力模型、匹配-倍差法、分层线性模型等多种计量方法，考察FTA深度化对出口产品转换及贸易利得的影响效应是否受到边境规则与边境内规则的影响，以及是否受到FTA知识产权保护、环境保护、劳工标准等边境内细分规则的影响。运用一般均衡模型方法，模拟RCEP对中国贸易利得的潜在影响。结合计量检验和政策仿真结果，提出政策优化方案。本项目不仅拓展了FTA贸易效应研究边界，而且对中国制定FTA发展战略以及增进贸易利得具有重要的政策启示。

Currently, Global Free Trade Agreement (FTA) rules present a tendency to “extend” from border rules to rules within borders. The deepening of FTA has important impact on the global trade and trade gains. Based on the measure and identify the FTA's deepening index, this project explores the evolution trend from “time, country, agreement” dimensions. The project analyses the transmission mechanism of FTA deepening through the influence of export product conversion and then the change of trade gains, based on the dual heterogeneity of rules and products. Using the extended gravity model, PSM-DID method, hierarchical linear model and other measurement methods to investigate the impact of FTA deepening on export product conversion and trade gains. Whether the effect is affected by border rules and rules within the border, and whether it is affected by FTA intellectual property protection, environmental protection, labor standards and other subdivision rules within the border. The general equilibrium model method is used to simulate RCEP potential impact on China's trade gains. Combined with the results of measurement and policy simulation, the project proposes policy optimization plan. The project not only expands the research boundary of FTA, but also plays some important roles in formulating FTA development strategy and enhancing trade gains in China.
