紫花苜蓿病毒病与媒介昆虫的互作及其分子机制

苜蓿病毒病是影响紫花苜蓿栽培生产的重要因素之一，媒介昆虫是传播病毒的主要途径，病毒与昆虫的互作是影响病毒流行的关键。本研究拟通过分子生物学，生物信息学等技术，全面了解紫花苜蓿上主要病毒种类，明确在紫花苜蓿上传播病毒的主要昆虫种类，研究这些昆虫的传毒方式，以及传毒效率等。并在此基础上，研究媒介昆虫与所传病毒间互作的分子机制，探究昆虫与病毒的互作关系，找到昆虫体内与病毒粒子结合的特异性蛋白及位点，为揭示昆虫传播苜蓿上病毒机制提供依据，为在紫花苜蓿上控制病毒发生和流行提供新的防治思路。

Viral disease is one of the important factors affecting the cultivation and production of alfalfa. Vector insects are the main route to spread viruses, and the interaction between viruses and insects is the key to affect the viral epidemiology. This research intends to comprehensively understand the main virus species on alfalfa, to identify the main insect species that transmit viruses on alfalfa, and to study the mode and the efficiency of viral transmission by molecular biology, bioinformatics and other technologies. On this basis, the molecular mechanism of interaction between vector insects and transmitted viruses will be studied. This research aims to provide a new idea for controlling virus occurrence and epidemic on alfalfa.
