基于中国优秀传统文化同样能够产生具有世界影响的管理模式。日本经营四圣之一稻盛和夫将中国古圣先贤"敬天爱人""内圣外王"的教诲全面导入企业管理，创建了两个世界500强企业，并且52年无亏损。北京汇通汇利、浙江方太、海南航空等公司将中国传统文化经典《弟子规》引入企业管理，也取得了相当的成功。基于梁漱溟东西方文化内外求认知方式的比较，本课题认识到东西方管理的根本差异在于内、外求管理的不同，并对汇通汇利等多家具有典型内求特征的弟子规管理企业进行案例研究，以总结内求式管理的特点、机制、原理以及西方外求式管理的不足。中国迎来了中国式管理的探索浪潮，但是30年增长主要是在西方管理模式引进基础上取得的，很难据此总结出真正具有中国特色的管理模式。本课题基于弟子规管理的当代实践这一新的角度来探索中国式管理，对于突破管理学百年来的西方视角并在内外求管理融合的基础上完善或重构管理学的基础具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Based on China's excellent traditional culture can also produce the world famous management mode. For example, one of four Japanese business experts Kazuo Inamori has introduced Chinese ancient sages "respect life", "inside the saint outside the king" to his enterprise management, which helped him created two world top 500 enterprises, and kept 52 years operation without loss. Other firms such as Huitong Huili Beijing, Fotile Zhejiang ,Hainan airlines also make a quite success by bringing Chinese traditional culture "the Pupil's Guide" into their management. Based on Liang shu-ming's comparison of the internal and external cognitive style between western culture and eastern culture, this project recognizes the fundamental difference between eastern and western management is the self-examination and outside seeking management style. We use several typical enterprises with "the Pupil's Guide" management characteristics to do the cross-case study, in order to summarize the figures, mechanism, principles of the Self-examination Management style and also the difference compare with the western outside-seeking management style. Nowadays, the new wave of Chinese management has come, but our 30 years of successful is mainly based on the western management knowledge, therefore, we can hardly sums up a real Chinese management mode. This project takes the new perspective of the "Pupil's Guide" practice to explore Chinese management, to break through the western management's domination in these hundred years, and reconstruct our management principles from the self-examination and outside-seeking fusion basis, which has both theoretical and practical significance.
