中医药防治骨质疏松具有疗效确切、毒副作用小等优势。壮骨止痛方2005年获得国家新药证书，对绝经后骨质疏松症有良好疗效。本课题组长期致力于壮骨止痛方的临床和实验研究，计算机数字技术发展为进一步深入研究壮骨止痛方治疗骨质疏松症的内在机制提供了新思路和新方法。因此，本实验拟从多重组学角度入手，分析并选定1-2条网络调控途径和靶点，基于途径和靶点对壮骨止痛方治疗去势大鼠骨质疏松症进行实验观察，通过三维有限元技术对骨骼生物力学效应进行精准数据分析，通过Micro-CT影像学技术对骨骼组织学结构进行精确图像分析，从宏观（影像学、生物力学）和微观（分子水平、基因水平）两个层面对壮骨止痛方防治骨质疏松症的作用机制进行全方位、立体化、数字式研究，为临床应用壮骨止痛方提供实验依据，为中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症提供研究基础和治疗参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of definite curative effect and less toxic and side effects in preventing and treating osteoporosis. Zhuanggu Zhitong Recipe was certified as a new national drug in 2005. It has a good effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Our group has been devoted to the clinical and experimental research of Zhuanggu Zhitong Formula for a long time. The development of computer digital technology provides new ideas and methods for further in-depth study of the internal mechanism of Zhuanggu Zhitong Formula in the treatment of osteoporosis. Therefore, from the perspective of multi-rearrangement, this experiment intends to analyze and select 1-2 network regulatory pathways and targets. Based on these pathways and targets, we observe the treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats by Zhuanggu Zhitong Recipe. We analyze the precise data of biomechanical effects of skeleton by three-dimensional finite element technology, and make accurate images of skeletal histological structure by micro-CT imaging technology. The mechanism of Zhuanggu Zhitong Formula in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis was comprehensively, stereoscopically and digitally studied from the macroscopic (imaging, biomechanics) and microscopic (molecular and gene levels). It provided experimental basis for the clinical application of Zhuanggu Zhitong Formula, and provided research basis and treatment reference for the treatment of osteoporosis by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
