当前农业主要矛盾愈加聚焦于效率或生产方式，农地流转扩大经营规模，遏止资本报酬递减，可以解决农业规模不经济问题。由于农地流转的内卷化和小农复制，农业分散经营格局并未根本改变，生产效率难以提高，阻碍了农业现代化转型。因此，迫切需要转变农业发展方式，实现多种规模经营和提高农业TFP。构建“农地流转—农业TFP—农业转型升级”的逻辑结构，分析农地流转对TFP的推动和抑制双重作用机理，提出研究假设。利用农户调研数据和全国省级层面数据，运用DEA-HMB法，将农业TFP增长的HMB指数综合测算，并将其分解成技术进步率、技术效率、规模效应和混合效应。建立回归模型多视角检验农地流转的农业TFP增长效应的影响因素。并运用SYS-GMM模型检验农地流转、TFP和农业转型三者关联，考察TFP的中介作用。依据“三变革”思维探寻质量提升、环境效率提升、结构优化和多种规模经营等通过农地流转促进农业转型发展的政策建议。

Currently, the main contradiction of agriculture is more and more focused on the efficiency or mode of production, the transfer of agricultural land expands the scale of operation and stops the decline of capital return, which can solve the problem of uneconomical scale of agriculture. Due to the incoiling of agricultural land transfer and the replication of small-scale farmers, the pattern of agricultural decentralized management has not changed fundamentally, and the efficiency of production is difficult to improve, which hinders the transformation of agricultural modernization. Therefore, there is an urgent need to change the way of agricultural development, achieve multi-scale management and improve agricultural TFP.. This paper constructs the logical structure of "agricultural land transfer-agricultural TFP- agricultural transformation and upgrading", analyzes the dual action mechanism of agricultural land transfer on the promotion and suppression of TFP, and puts forward the research hypotheses. Utilizing agriculture Based on the household survey data and provincial level data, the HMB index of agricultural TFP growth was calculated by DEA-HMB method and decomposed into technological progress rate, technical efficiency, scale effect and mixed effect. A regression model was established to test the influencing factors of the agricultural TFP growth effect of agricultural land transfer from multiple perspectives. SYS-GMM model was used to test the relationship among farmland transfer, TFP and agricultural transformation, and the intermediary effect of TFP was examined. According to the thought of "three changes", this paper explores the policy suggestions to promote the agricultural transformation and development through the transfer of agricultural land, such as the improvement of quality, environmental efficiency, structural optimization and multi-scale management.
