传统村落文化的科学保护是我国传统文化复兴工程和乡村振兴战略实施的重大需要，科学合理的补偿标准和机制是解决传统村落文化保护问题的关键。项目以武陵山区为例，利用GIS技术，运用因子识别方法，提取影响武陵山区传统村落文化景观的核心因子，从补偿原则、补偿主体、受偿客体等方面剖析传统村落文化景观保护性价值补偿机理；综合运用资源价值当量法、旅行费用法、条件价值评估法、机会成本法等方法，构建武陵山区传统村落文化景观价值及其保护性价值补偿标准测度模型并进行实证，同时利用Logistic模型对其补偿标准的影响因素进行回归分析，科学确定补偿的标准、方式等。最后借鉴国内外最新研究成果与先进经验，根据产权理论等优化设计武陵山区传统村落文化景观保护性价值补偿机制与政策安排。可望在理论上丰富人文地理等学科研究内容与方法，实践上为新时期我国政府部门开展传统村落文化保护工作和政策制定提供参考依据。

The scientific protection of traditional village culture is an important need for the implementation of China's traditional culture revival project and rural revitalization strategy, and the scientific and reasonable compensation standard and mechanism are the key to solve the problem of traditional village culture protection. Taking the Wuling Mountain Area as an example, this project identify and analyse the core factors affecting the traditional village culture landscape in the Wuling Mountain Area by using GIS technology and factor identification method, and the mechanism of protective value compensation of traditional village cultural landscape is analyzed from the perspective of compensation principles, compensation subjects and compensation objects and so on. Then resources value equivalent method, travel cost method, contingent valuation method and opportunity cost method are synthetically applied to measure and analyse the value and protective value compensation standard of traditional village cultural landscape in the Wuling Mountain Area, and the influencing factors of its compensation standard are analysed by using the Logistic models so as to scientifically determine the standard and methods of compensation. Finally, based on the latest research results and advanced experience at home and abroad, this paper designs and optimizes the protective value compensation mechanism and policy arrangement of traditional village cultural landscape in the Wuling Mountain Area according to property rights theory. This research is aim to enrich the research contents and methods of human geography and other disciplines in theory, and provide references for Chinese government departments to carry out the protection of traditional village culture and formulate policies in practice in the new era.
