发达地区向欠发达地区的产业集群式转移，正在成为产品内分工背景下区域产业转移的主导方式。产业集群式转移既集中反映和揭示了当前区域产业转移的基本特征和内在动因，又对承接地的产业链结构和形态产生深刻的影响。本课题拟从产品内分工的背景出发，在深入剖析产业集群式转移具体类型与方式的基础上，探讨区域产业链的结构和形态对产业集群式转移的响应机制，进而把产业集群式转移与区域产业链纳入网络组织的"响应-整合"行为反应模式中，综合运用多种研究方法，构建"产业集群式转移→区域产业链响应→区域产业链整合"理论分析框架，研究产业集群式转移整合区域产业链的基本过程、动力机制、影响因素，分析其整合的路径、条件及效应，从而系统地揭示产业集群式转移整合区域产业链的基本规律。本课题是对产业转移理论和产业链整合理论的创新性探索，可以为欠发达地区利用产业转移整合区域产业链，培植优势产业，增强自我发展能力的政策设计提供新的思路。

Industrial cluster transfer from developed regions to underdeveloped regions is becoming the dominant way of regional industry transfer under the background of intra-product specialization. Industrial cluster transfer not only reflects and reveals the basic features of the current regional industry transfer and its intrinsic motivation but also forms a profound impact on the structure and morphology of regional industry chain in the receiving regions. Based on the profound analysis of specific types and modes of industrial cluster transfer, the research project explores the response mechanism of the structure and morphology of regional industry chain to industrial cluster transfer under the background of intra-product specialization, for the purpose of incorporating the industrial cluster transfer and the regional industrial chain into the behaviorial pattern of "response-integration" in the network organization. Multiple research methods are employed in this project to construct a theoritical framework of "industrial cluster transfer→regional industrial chain response→ regional industrial chain integration" to probe into the basic process, dynamic mechanism and influence factors of integrating regional industry chain through industrial cluster transfer, to further the analysis of the path, condition and effect of the integration, and to systematically reveal the laws of integrating regional industry chain through industrial cluster transfer. This project is an innovative exploration about the industrial transfer and industrial chain integration theory, which can provide a new perspective for underdeveloped areas in designing policies for integrating regional industrial chain through industry transfer, cultivating advantageous industries and enhancing their self-development ability.
