剩余污泥作为污水生物处理单元的副产品,含水率高,体积巨大,高效调理-脱水工艺的研究已成为热点。本项目创新性地提出了“E-peroxone-Fe(III)复合调理-脱水过程中污泥生物颗粒体系的介电弛豫与水分转化”的研究主题。拟在研发剩余污泥E-peroxone-Fe(III)复合调理技术的基础上,针对调理-脱水的全流程关键环节,采用介电谱测量技术,研究非均匀生物颗粒体系的介电弛豫动力学与水分迁移特征,解析剩余污泥E-peroxone-Fe(III)复合调理-脱水过程机制。通过研究,不仅可以发明污泥E-peroxone-Fe(III)复合调理的新技术;而且可以推进介电谱测量技术的应用:监测水分转化迁移动力学、提出调理药剂投加量或调理方法作用强度的自动控制原理、策略与模式、揭示污泥调理-脱水过程的介电弛豫动力学特征与科学内涵。研究成果将会对推动污泥调理-脱水技术、揭示过程机制具有重要的科学意义。
英文摘要
Excess sludge is a typical byproduct of biological treatment tanks in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), which not only contains high water content and has large volume, but also contains large amount of pollutants, such as pathogenic microorganism, heavy metals, organics and antibiotic resistance genes (ARG). Without effective treatment and disposal, excess sludge can be a significant environmental threat encountered by the municipal wastewater treatment industry in China. The treatment and disposal of sludge by conventional technologies can be expensive, accounting for up to 50%-60% of the cost of WWTP operation. Moreover, at current developing stage of our country, the phenomenon of "paying more attention to water but less attention to sludge" often occurs in WWTP. Thus, the sludge reduction faced with a serious task. The development of high-performance sludge dewatering processes has become a major area of research in China. . This project focused on the serious pollution problem of excess sludge in our country, proposed a novel research topic on the dielectric relaxation and moisture transformation of heterogeneous biosolids matrix during the E-peroxone-Fe(III) complex conditioning and dewatering process for it. The following contents will be studied: developing the E-peroxone-Fe(III) complex conditioning technology for excessive sludge; studying the dielectric relaxation dynamics and moisture transformation characteristics of heterogeneous biosolids matrix along the whole E-peroxone-Fe(III) complex conditioning and dewatering process with dielectric spectroscopy; revealing the process mechanisms for E-peroxone-Fe(III) complex conditioning and dewatering. Through the implement of this project, not only will a novel E-peroxone-Fe(III) complex conditioning technology be invented, but also the application of dielectric spectroscopy measurement technology will be extended to the sludge conditioning and dewatering fields: monitoring the dynamics of moisture transformation and transport in sludge, raising the auto-control principals, strategy and models for the conditioning reagents dosage or the strength of conditioning ways, revealing the dynamic characteristics and scientific connotation of dielectric relaxation during sludge conditioning and dewatering process. The results of this project will have an important scientific significance and applicable value for promoting the development of sludge conditioning technology, expand the research techniques, reveal the process mechanisms in sludge conditioning and dewatering fields and lay a solid scientific foundation for sludge treatment and disposal process.
