针对快速城镇化地区,水系衰减引起的洪涝灾害频发及城镇化与水系保护之间矛盾突出的难题,综合运用遥感、地理信息空间分析技术,以及河流地貌学、水文学与自然地理学等多学科交叉分析方法,以“城镇化-水系适应性-水系调蓄功能响应”为主线,首先揭示快速城镇化背景下湘江流域典型区水系时空演变特征规律。在此基础上,从城镇化与水系互馈发展视角,剖析城镇化与水系发展趋势。就水系发展趋势进行归因分析,得出城镇化对于水系变化的贡献率。而后研究城镇化与水系协调性及发展阈值。最后,在分析水系与水文特征关系的基础上,分析宏观尺度区域调蓄功能响应。并选取典型区城市小流域建立水文水动力模型,模拟分析不同重现期暴雨和水系结构等变化情景下调蓄功能的变化,揭示水系及其调蓄功能对快速城镇化的响应机制。研究成果可为区域水系规划与防洪减灾工作提供科学依据,并将在一定程度上丰富城镇化与水系互馈发展关系及水系调蓄功能响应等研究的理论与方法。
英文摘要
This project focuses on the flooding caused by river network systems decay in the rapid urbanization process and the contradiction between urbanization and river network protection. We will use the integrated remote sensing and geographic information spatial analysis technology to analyze the land-river progress. The multi-disciplinary method including river geomorphology, hydrology,physical geography, et al. are also adopted in analysis process. The project takes the following frame, “urbanization-the adaptability of river water system- response and changes of storage and flood control function”. Firstly,we will reveal the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of river network systems.Secondly, from the perspective of urbanization and water system mutual development, the urbanization and water system development trends are analyzed.Attribution analysis on the development trend of water system shows the contribution rate of urbanization to water system changes.On this basis the mutual feedback mechanism and trend between urbanization and river network systems are carried out;and the coordination degree and response threshold of river network systems to the urbanization is revealed.Finally, on the basis of analyzing the relationship between river network system performance and hydrological factor characteristics, the macro-scale regional storage function response is analyzed.Simultaneously, hydrology and hydrodynamic model is built in a typical urban small drainage, and the flood characteristics are simulated and analyzed in the scenarios of different rainstorm, the change of river network system and land use cover change, then the response mechanism of storage and the flood control function to river network system change is revealed.The research result of the project is expected to provide scientific basis for the river networks system planning, flood control and disaster reduction in Xiangjiang basin, and enrich the theory and method of the mutual feedback mechanism and trend between urbanization and river networks system to some extent.
