中国企业R&D国际化区位选择：多维邻近性和企业异质性视角

随着经济和科技全球化趋势不断深化，创新资源在全球范围内加速流动，全球跨国R&D投资蓬勃发展。作为R&D全球化的后发者，中国企业在R&D国际化过程中如何选择适合的区位，谋划并组织其空间布局以最大限度利用好全球创新资源，从而全面提升其在全球创新格局中的地位是值得深入探讨的研究命题。基于此，本项目运用创新经济地理学等理论及相关地理技术、数理统计模型，在时空格局特征分析基础上，从多维邻近性及企业异质性视角，考察中国企业R&D国际化区位选择的宏观动力机制和微观决策机理，试图总结出企业R&D国际化区位选择的一般规律。结合跨案例研究揭示不同类型的企业实施海外R&D投资区位选择的差异性机理。进一步地，通过与已有跨国公司R&D全球化区位选择规律进行对比，构建中国情境下企业R&D国际化区位选择的理论分析框架。本项目可丰富和完善已有创新地理学理论体系，为中国实施开放创新战略提供理论依据和决策参考。

With the constant deepening of economic and technological globalization, innovation resources flow rapidly in the worldwide. As latecomer of R&D globalization, how to select a suitable location to design space layout of Chinese enterprises in order to maximize use global innovation resources, so as to improve its potential in the global order of innovation is a propositions worth in-depth research. This proposed project, based on economic geography of innovation and related geographic technology, mathematics and statistics model, analyze the time-spatial feature of R&D internationalization of Chinese enterprises, further aimed to explore the macro motive and micro decision mechanism in the perspective of multi-proximity and firm heterogeneity. It plans to sum up the general rule of the location selection of R&D internationalization of Chinese enterprises. Meanwhile, use cross-case analysis revealed the mechanism of differences in location selection about different enterprises. Based on above analyses, carrying out comparative research between existing theory of location selection of R&D globalization and the law of Chinese enterprises, extract the theory framework of location selection of enterprise in the situation of China finally. Such a project can enrich the theories of innovative geography and provide theoretical foundations and decision-making functions for China to design an effective open innovation strategy.
