聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(简称PET)是一种在食品饮料、药瓶和化妆品等行业广泛使用的包装材料。PET消毒灭菌对延长食品、药品及化妆品的保质期至关重要。电子束技术是一种高效的无污染的加工技术,相对常用的高温和化学消毒法,具有节能、无残毒、易于控制和安全可靠等特点。目前国内研究尚未涉及低能量PET容器内表面消毒灭菌。本项目针对低能量电子束难以穿透PET材料进行内表面灭菌的实际应用问题,开展小型可插入式电子束灭菌技术研究。本申请拟研究装置内部灯丝结构及聚焦极形状和电场,对提高电子发射密度的影响;研究尺寸的变化对束流纵向分布影响,小空间内实现中空的环形束输出;优化装置外形尺寸,满足小型化模块化要求。通过研制一套小型化可插入式电子束灭菌装置,以期掌握相关的物理机制和关键技术,希望能进一步完善国内电子束装置研究的方向,为将来开发类似新产品或其他小型化移动式电子束装置提供技术支持。

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a plastic packaging material, which is widely used in food, beverages and cosmetics. Sterilization of packaging materials for the extending shelf life of food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics is essential. Electron beam technology is a highly efficient and non-polluting processing techniques , with the features of energy saving, no residues, easy to control, safe and reliable. At present, domestic research has not yet involved the disinfection and sterilization of low-energy PET containers. This project is aimed at low-energy electron beam, which is difficult to sterilize inner surface of PET material, and to study on the small-size and pluggable electron beam sterilization technology. Study the effect of focusing electrode shape and electric field on the electron emission density, and the influence of the size change on the longitudinal distribution of the electrons, to achieve a hollow annular beam output in a small space; optimize the external size of the device to meet the requirements of miniaturization and modularization.The study is in order to acquire the relevant physical mechanism and key technologies, and hoping to provide technical support for the domestic electronic beam sterilization technology.
