煤岩分离是煤炭资源清洁高效利用的内在要求。针对非极性油为团聚剂的油团聚分选方法存在的油介质分离难题,提出了煤岩组分液态CO2聚团分选富集方法并研究其过程中的界面特性:探明煤岩表面的CO2吸附特征,揭示煤岩特性、表面改性及温度压力对CO2吸附行为的影响规律,提出强化CO2选择性吸附的策略;采用微热分析及高压接触角测定方法研究煤岩特性、表面改性及CO2吸附对煤岩组分润湿性的影响,建立润湿性与影响因素之间的模型,确定强化CO2润湿镜质组的策略;分析CO2吸附及pH值等对煤岩组分zeta电位的影响机制,明确煤岩组分zeta电位的调控依据和方法;借助原子力测定技术分析镜质组颗粒聚并过程的作用力规律,结合表面能分析揭示镜质组颗粒聚并过程的动力机制,提出改善颗粒碰撞粘附效率的依据和方法;建立界面特性指标及工艺条件与聚团分选效果评价指标间的模型,构建煤岩组分CO2聚团分选富集技术开发的理论基础。

The separation of coal macerals is the inherent requirements for clean and efficient utilization of coal resources. To overcome the shortcomings of traditional oil agglomeration method with nonpolar oil and short chain hydrocarbon, the CO2 based macerals agglomeration and enrichment method is proposed. The aim of this project is to study the interfacial properties of the mixture system and separation process. The adsorption characteristics of CO2 on different coal macerals and the influence of coal petrography, surface modification and CO2 pressure on the adsorption behavior will be investigated in detail to give ideals for enhancing the selective adsorption of CO2 on different macerals. To establish the relationship between the wettability and influencing factors, the influence of coal petrography characteristics, the surface modification methods and CO2 adsorption on coal maceral’s wettability will be investigated by micro-thermal analysis and high pressure condition contact angle testing. Then the enhancing strategy of CO2 wettability for vitrinite will be determined based on the relationship model established.The surface potential regulation methods will be determined by the analyzing of the influence mechanism of CO2 adsorption and electrochemical regulation on the surface potential of different coal macerals. The atomic force microscope will be used to survey the dynamic mechanism of vitrinite particles while agglomerating and migratiing to explore the methods for improving the efficiency of vitrnite particles collision and adhesion. The relationship between the evaluating indicators and the influencing factors of the agglomeration and separation process with liquid CO2 will also to be sturdied in detail . All these work are aiming to provide the basic theory foundation for the liquid CO2 based coal macerals selective agglomeration and enrichment technology.
