爆炸式增长的移动设备和数据给现有移动通信网络带来了巨大的挑战。基于D2D通信的5G异构网络是应对这一挑战的有效途径。然而其频谱动态性、用户信任性、社会自私性等特有因素却极大地增加了网络分发复杂度。群体智能可以为解决此类复杂问题提供新思路。本项目拟将环境建模、算法优化与理论分析相结合,自底向上研究基于群体智能的5G异构网络D2D分发新机制,以期在不增加资源的情况下提升网络分发性能。为了实现自私最小化、覆盖最大化、可靠性高、时延低的分发目标,本课题研究内容包括:1)在模型层上,研究如何针对频谱的变化性、多样性和差异性等动态特性以及用户信任关系、自私性等社会属性,建立D2D通信模型。2)在优化层上,研究D2D环境下5G异构网络内容分发的激励、覆盖、可靠性和时延等关键性能的群智优化。3)在分析层上,综合分析各性能指标之间的量化关系,探索基于D2D通信的5G异构网络内容分发性能和容量的理论最优值。

Explosive growth of mobile devices and traffic has brought great challenges to the existing mobile communication networks. The D2D communication based 5G heterogeneous network is an effective way to cope with this challenge. However, its unique factors have greatly increased the complexity of network distribution, such as the spectrum dynamics, trust relationship and social selfishness. Swarm intelligence can provide new ideas for solving such complex problems. In this proposal, by carefully merging the environment modeling, algorithm optimization and theoretical analysis, we are studying the new D2D distribution schemes of 5G heterogeneous networks based on swarm intelligence from the bottom up to improve the distribution performance without adding new network resources. The key problem is how to achieve selfish minimization, maximum coverage and high reliability while preserving low latency. We will realize this goal by tackling the following few research issues. (1) At the model level, we construct trust models for D2D communication environment by investigating the trust relationship, selfishness and the dynamic characteristic of spectrum such as variability, diversity and otherness. (2) At the optimization layer, we design the swarm intelligence based optimization strategies of the key performance in 5G heterogeneous networks, such as incentive, coverage, reliability and latency. (3) At the analysis level, we would also like to analyze the quantitative relationship among these performance indicators comprehensively, explore the theoretical optimal value on the performance and capacity of content distribution in D2D communication based 5G heterogeneous network.
