基于线上支持平台的院-校合作循证护理实践模式的构建及实证研究

循证护理实践对改善护理质量及病人结局，减轻医疗负担及促进学科发展具有重大意义，但其现状不容乐观，我国尤甚。前期研究及文献回顾发现医院与学校的临床-学术合作具有解决我国循证护理实践中关键障碍的巨大潜能，但缺乏合作实践及管理的指导框架。因此，本项目通过问卷调查法、访谈法及专家函询法构建适合我国国情且系统化的院-校合作循证护理实践模式，开发对应线上平台以实现合作模式中对教育、实践、沟通、合作及管理的智能化支持，并通过混合式研究设计开展模式评价及优化。此模式将指导医院与学校之间开展有效的循证护理合作实践及管理，改善循证护理实践障碍因素，同时提升循证护理教育质量以提高院-校人员的循证护理实践能力及批判性思维，从而有效促进循证护理实践及合作成果，改善护理质量及病人结局。此项目将缩短循证护理中科研、教育、实践三者之间的距离，推动我国循证护理实践的特色化全面发展，为其他国家提供参考经验。

Evidence-based nursing practice is crucial for improving the quality of nursing care and patient outcomes, reducing healthcare costs, and promoting the development of the nursing discipline. However, there is still a large gap between nursing research and nursing practice, especially in low- and middle-income countries (e.g., China). Previous studies and literature show that academic-clinical partnerships between hospitals and universities have a significant potential to resolve the key barriers to the implementation of evidence-based nursing practice. However, the theoretical model for guiding the practice and management of academic-clinical collaboration on evidence-based nursing practice is still lacking. Therefore, this project will use the questionnaire survey method, interview method, and Delphi method to construct an academic-clinical partnership model for evidence-based nursing practice. This model will be systematic and culturally specific. A corresponding online platform will be designed and developed to provide intelligent supports for education, practice, communication, collaboration and management for organizations to successfully adopt the partnership model. A mixed methods research design will be used to evaluate and optimize the model. This model could eventually guide effective collaborations between hospitals and universities throughout China on the implementation of evidence-based nursing practice. Such partnerships could help to: (1) overcome many barriers to evidence-based nursing practice, (2) improve the quality of education on evidence-based nursing practice to enhance the evidence-based nursing practice competence and critical thinking of nursing personnel in hospitals and universities, (3) promote evidence-based nursing practice and related achievements (e.g., systematic reviews, evidence-based practice projects), and (4) improve the quality of nursing care and patient outcomes. This project will reduce the gaps between research, education, and practice of evidence-based nursing, ultimately for the promotion of evidence-based nursing practice. This project will also provide knowledge and experience for the implementation of evidence-based nursing practice using academic-clinical partnerships in other countries.
