四川省的大部处于中国五个主要的地震区之一的青藏高原地震区 ，地震频发，给人民生命财产和经济社会发展造成重大损失，深入分析灾后重建过程中灾民的健康相关生命质量（HRQOL）状况，并探索有效的灾区专业社工介入模式成为刻不容缓的研究问题。本项目拟采用序列多角度测量法，在四川六个重灾区（汶川、青川、北川、绵竹、芦山、都江堰）对灾后重建中灾民的HRQOL及灾区专业社工介入模式进行连续4年的追踪调查。在追踪调查的基础上， 运用多层线性模型、多层结构方程模型、APC模型、多Agent仿真建模等跨学科的交叉研究方法，对灾民HRQOL与不同专业社工介入模式之间的互动关系进行比较研究。在此基础上利用JADE平台构建多Agent的专业社工介入仿真系统，对不同参数的"PPP+专业社工模式"进行仿真演进。最后通过对我国与其他国家的对比研究，推动中国灾后重建中灾民HRQOL与专业社工介入模式的本土化与国际化比较研究。

Most areas in Sichuan province are located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau earthquake zone, one of the five major seismic zones in China. Frequent earthquakes have caused significant loss to people's lives and properties, as well as the economic and social development. It has become urgent research question to in-depth analyze the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of survivors and explore the effective and professional social work intervention model in the process of post-disaster reconsturction. The project intends to employ sequential triangulation method to conduct four year tracking surveys in six hard-hit earthquake areas in Sichuan (Wenchuan, Qingchuan, Beichuan, Mianzhu, Lushan, Dujiangyan), focusing on the survivors' HRQOL and the professional social work intervention model in disaster areas in the process of post-disarster reconstructon. Based on the tracking surveys, cross multi-discipline research methods, such as age-period-cohort(APC) model, Multilevel Model (MLM), Multilevel Structural Equation Modeling (MSEM) and Multi-Agent Simulation Modeling, are used to explore the comparative study on the interactive relationship of the survivors' HRQOL and different professional social work intervention model.Basing on above analyses, the multi-Agent social work intervention simulation system will be established by the JADE platform. Then the "Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) + Professional Social Work Model" Simulation System with different parameters will be conducted simulation evolution. Finally, by comparing the studies in China with other countries, the project aims to promote the localization and internationalization of comparative studies of earthquake survivors' HRQOL and professional social work intervention model in the process of post-disaster ?reconstruction of China.
