极小种群野生植物毛果木莲结籽率低及种子传播萌发更新关键限制因子的研究

滇东南地区是我国生物多样性研究与保护的热点地区，是世界关注的木兰科植物分布中心和受威胁最严重的区域之一。极小种群野生植物毛果木莲是该区域特有的典型木兰科受威胁类群。本研究基于前期对毛果木莲的调查研究基础，系统开展其开花结实习性特征、种子成熟与传播途径、土壤种子库和幼苗形态建成等环节的比较研究，即：（1）开花结实物候与规律，花果空间结构和数量特征；（2）在自然条件下种子成熟与脱落特征、传播途径、可能的取食者传播与行为；（3）土壤种子库中种子的活力、寿命和萌发特征；拟揭示：关键自然生境因子对种子萌发与幼苗建成的影响以及幼苗对生境的适应性特征；本研究试图回答：毛果木莲自然结实率低，且其自然生境中极少有幼苗和幼树的原因，最后，我们希望该研究能为保护和利用该特有植物的种质资源和为其科学保育提供基础的科学数据。

Southeast Yunnan region is the hotspot of biodiversity research and conservation in China, and it is one of the most seriously threatened areas in the world. Manglietia ventii N. V. Tiep (Magnoliaceae), a plant species with extremely small populations, is a typical Magnoliaceous plant in this area. Based on our previous surveys and researches on Manglietia ventii, the characteristics of reproductive spectrum, seed maturation and spread patterns, soil seed bank and barriers for seedling and sapling establishment will be comprehensively studied : (1) flowering phenology and regularity, and the spatial structure and quantity characteristics;(2) the propagation and behavior of seed maturation and shedding characteristics, propagation path and possible feeding in natural conditions;(3) the vigor, longevity and germination characteristics of seeds in soil seed bank;in order to reveal: the influence of key natural habitat factors on seed germination and seedling completion and the adaptability of seedlings to habitat; This research attempts to answer: the natural seed setting rate is high, and the cause of the very few seedlings and young trees in the natural habitat, in the end, we hope that the research for protection and utilization of the endemic plants and provide the scientific conservation of germplasm resources of scientific data.
