本项目拟采用大规模追踪问卷调查和实验研究等方法，对地方性高等学校教师心理资本这一议题开展一系列深入的研究。具体而言，本项目将首先基于资源保存和压力应对等视角，探讨心理资本对地方高校教师个人工作表现和心理幸福感的影响机制，以及在挑战性/阻碍性压力源对个人工作表现和心理幸福感影响过程中的全方位调节作用；然后基于涓滴效应和上行影响效应视角，考察心理资本由地方高校教师向大学生的涓滴效应，以及对单位业绩和单位和谐的影响效果；最后，基于前述研究并结合心理资本干预的相关研究成果，开发、检验和完善地方高校教师心理资本的培训干预方法。. 本项目从个人、大学生和单位三个层面系统检验高校教师心理资本的积极影响效果，对心理资本理论具有重要贡献；同时，对追踪调查和实验方法的综合应用，也可以提升心理资本研究的方法效度。本项目相关成果对于高校管理和提升高校教师心理资本的相关实践将会产生重要启示。

The project attempts to conduct a series of studies on psychological capital of local university teachers by employing longitudinal survey and experimental research methods. To be specific, firstly, based on the perspectives of conservation of resources and stress coping, the project will investigate the effects of psychological capital on local university teachers’ job performance and psychological well-being, as well as the moderating effects psychological capital on the relationships of challenge/hindrance stressors with job performance and psychological well-being. Secondly, based on the perspectives of trickle-down and bottom-up effects, the project will examine the trickle-down effect of psychological capital from local university teachers to undergraduates, and the bottom-up effect of local university teachers’ psychological capital on work-unit performance and harmony. Finally, based on the findings from the above studies as well as research on psychological capital intervention, the project will develop, test, and complete the training and intervening method for psychological capital of local university teachers..By systematically examining the positive effects of local university teachers’ psychological capital from three (i.e., individual, undergraduate student, and work-unit) levels, this project will contribute substantially to psychological capital theories. In addition, a combination of longitudinal survey and experimental research will also will improve validity of psychological capital studies. This project will have important practical implications for the management practice of university teachers’ psychological capital.
