骨质疏松症作为一种常见病,多发病其发病率逐年升高。骨质疏松性骨折是其最为严重的并发症。其愈合特点是:骨质量差,骨折愈合时间迟缓,再骨折的发生率较高。中医药治疗在骨质疏松性骨折治疗中起着重要作用。三七总皂甙(PNS)作为三七的主要活性成分是临床心内科、神经内科的临床主要用药。目前尚未有研究从其活血作用探讨对骨质疏松骨折治疗作用。传统中医理论对骨折愈合过程中“瘀祛新生骨合”的经典描述,与现代分子生物学医学试验方法相结合,探讨骨质疏松骨折愈合过程中新生血管对骨折局部低氧环境改善的作用,及骨折局部新生血管与骨折愈合之间的关系。本课题实验部分观察三七总皂甙对去势骨质疏松骨折大鼠骨折愈合中新生血管细胞因子的影响。探讨这种调控机制可能通过PI3K/Akt/mTOR 信号通路(血管细胞因子重要调控信号通路)来实现的。
英文摘要
Osteoporosis is a common disease, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Osteoporotic fracture is the most serious complication. Its healing characteristics are poor bone quality, slow healing time and high incidence of re-fracture. Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture. Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS), as the main active ingredient of Panax notoginseng, are the main clinical medicines in cardiology and neurology. At present, there is no research on the treatment of osteoporotic fracture from its blood-activating effect. The classical description of "removing blood stasis and regenerating osseointegration" in the process of fracture healing by traditional Chinese medicine theory was combined with modern molecular biology medical experimental method to explore the effect of neovascularization on the improvement of local hypoxic environment in the process of fracture healing of osteoporosis and the relationship between local neovascularization and fracture healing. In this experiment, we observed the effect of Panax notoginseng saponins on neovascularization cytokines during fracture healing in ovariectomized osteoporotic fracture rats. To explore this regulatory mechanism may be achieved through PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway (important regulatory signaling pathway of vascular cytokines).
