为解决定制式助听器与通用式非处方助听器(Over-the-Counter Hearing Aids)间的批量生产、佩戴及助听舒适性的问题。本项目拟以中国轻中度听觉障碍人群的外耳曲面为数据基础,结合逆向工程与曲面造型技术、聚类分析算法,研究基于佩戴舒适性评价下的外耳复杂曲面重构与形态分类方法,以建立针对OTC助听产品形态批量设计的外耳曲面形态模型库;进一步结合真耳分析与仿真分析技术,研究基于助听舒适性评价下的堵耳效应与透气孔尺寸、助听增益不足与出音孔方位量化设计的OTC助听产品形态优化设计方法。通过研究,可在满足用户佩戴和助听舒适性需求的基础上,形成OTC助听产品的批量生产,达到提升助听器接受度、普及率的目标。项目的研究对助听企业实施智能设计制造具有实际的应用价值、对人体相关穿戴产品人因设计方法研究亦具有重要的理论指导和学术价值。
英文摘要
To solve the problems of the batch production, wearing and hearing aid comfortableness between customized hearing aids and OTC hearing aids, this project aims to use the China’s mild to moderate hearing disorder people’s auricle curved surface as data foundation, combine the reverse engineering, surface modeling technology and hierarchical clustering analysis, and study auricle complicated curved surface reconstruction and form classification method based on the comments on wearing comfortableness to establish the auricle curved surface modeling base aimed at designing the OCT hearing aids ‘forms in batch; further combining the real ear analysis and stimulation analysis technology to study OCT hearing aid product‘s form optimization designing method based on the occlusion effect, riser vent’s size, insufficient hearing aid and control orientation of sound output under the hearing aid’s comfortableness comments. Through this research, the batch production of OCT hearing aid can be formed and the goal of raising the acceptability and popularizing rate can be reached based on satisfying people’s need for the hearing aid’ wearing comfortableness. The study of this project has practical application value to the hearing aid enterprise in implementing smart manufacturing and important theoretical guidance and academic value to the research of human factor design method of human body-relating wearable products.
